you think the market will be going up or down?
I don't care. All I need is volatility.

Monero is a cryptocurrency which is actually anonymous. Most of the other cryptocurrencies are just pseudonymous. This is the reason why this cryptocurrency has been gaining a lot of traction as well. Also, it has fallen from the peak like most of the other cryptocurrencies. Thus, it might be a good idea to buy it at the current prices. This will ensure that in the future, you will be able to get a good return as well.

It seems to me that now is a very good price to buy. Especially if you plan to keep this coin for several years. I believe in this project and I am ready to invest in it a lot of money.

^  Yup...  And anonymity and confidential transactions.  That's why I think Monero is a good complement for BTC, cos in BTC there's a need for users to have assurance for the ledger to be balanced and auditable.

If anybody wants transparency and immutability, use BTC.  For anonymity and confidential transactions and immutability, use XMR.

FTFY. Tongue

Lol.  Yup, that goes without saying.  Smiley

Anyway, XMR/USD is looking good (so far).  I'm glad I went with my gut and did a margin trade.  Tho I regret not making it a large trade, but it's still good to earn a little extra XMR...

never knew the big appeal to these types of coins, but thanks

The magic word is fungibility. Google it up. It is what any money needs.

Well if for nothing else you should definitely use Monero to buy pizza. I explained it here why: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.41247968

That is great. Now lets hope that Ledger will do some hype around it while officially adding Moreno support. And they should hurry up so Trezor dont do it first Tongue

XMR/USD is starting to look good.  I'm thinking of trading some on margin (nothing big) as soon as it gathers momentum and breaks 135 USD or somewhere near it.

Good idea?  Who's with me?  Grin

Where? Cheesy

Kraken supports this right?

Kraken doesn't like U.S. users.

My bet was before end of August.  I too feel any buys now will be well-rewarded soon.  XMR 2020 was right on the 200 MA.  Monero is heading from 'strong buy' into 'insane not to' territory.  It's just when the optimal point is reached, I am greedy but I want to buy at the bottom!

Of course we aren't the only ones studying it anymore and Monero runs up tend to be rather fast.   Undecided

.0177 was the recent bottom, won't see that again for a while.

*ahem.*

A little optimism, please!

Lol, W00ps meant it as ironic. Seeing as I have been wrong so many times already on the floor. Tongue

^  Hmmm...  Interesting.  Maybe there's some good news insider info going around or something.  The markets seem to be positive and unusually green the past 5 hours or so.

^  Yup!  It's turning out to be a decent exchange for margin trading.  I hope they open some of the other alts/fiat pairs listed for leveraged trading.  ZEC, LTC should be pumping by now too...

I know there's Bitfinex, but I don't trust them since that big ass hack.  Was that during 2016?  Can't remember.  Lol.
