If this is true it is really huge. Even if it takes them 3 times longer to deliver it.

It looks like Monero pulled all coins out of reds. They saw Monero is having good time in greens and they followed him.

It was great to see Monero back to more normal levels, at least against Bitcoin (although there's still some 20% to recover).
I guess it was not Monero alone who did this, Bitcoin seems to also get some traction.
As long as the money flows into cryptocurrencies, all is good. Monero grow vs Bitcoin and Bitcoin growing vs Dollar is the exact scenario I (or we, I guess!) like the most.

I am a bit confused of the reasons, since I didn't hear any news (or I've missed them?), but that's the least problem. Market is not always predictable, especially these days...

25% of the volume is from hitbtc, my best guess is washing stolen bitcoins.

Where can I buy Monero with Euro? Could you suggest me the cheapest place?

There is not much difference in price depending where you buy, but Kraken.com is place where you can buy with euro.

For over 48 hours Monero is moving contrary to the entire alt-coin landscape.  NOTHING else is holding up through this storm.  Coins are down 3-12% on the day, and XMR is up 5%.

Something is undoubtedly going on here...  What is it?

Either some serious news is coming, or there is buy pressure from funds coming in post exchange hack, or something?

I just don't think "Monero is a good project" explains these circumstances.

Mind you... I am not complaining. Smiley

unexpected.  Totally acceptable  Cool

Of course, I didn't expect 0.017 either...

people are saying XMR will pump...why don't it go up to $1000 then? :\ makes no sense imo*

Currently, Monero is trading around $130. I believe that Monero will reach around $300 by the end of year 2018. Monero is one of the best privacy, some of cryptocurrencies nowadays are just pseudonymous. This is the reason why Monero is very unique to other coin.

There seems to be a lot of privacy coin, so I think that might have an effect in the future for Monero. Especially if one comes with better tech.

Very odd day all things considered?   Any thoughts?

Yea. That was yesterday ans today xmr is one of the least declining in usd at coinmarketcap and at poloniex it is most of the time the only one increasing in btc.

Some people use xmr as save heaven during the btc bear market.

If people were properly informed about Monero and Tari, there could be a huge flow from btc and other alts to Monero. Now most people are unaware of them.

Tari? Where do you buy that? It's just a whitepaper ATM right?

I think people including me are excited about it because of the strong founders behind it. But this is something that it will happen way in the future, so it is a big speculation to be excited about it. I think first checkpoint to evaluate them will be at how strong team they will manage to collect.

Happy to wait till there is a product rather than the Soon tm thing.

Doesn't help us when things get promised then take too long to materialise.

Yeah, I think the x86/x64 12.2.2 GUI is whats needed right now. People are not able to use their winblows systems with the new hard fork mandatory update so there's no surprise they are not buying. It;'s pretty fucking simple.

Thats true. I think problem is on every os.

Any idea when else it is delivered than soon?

so instead of putting out usable code dev is off making a new token scheme? :\ lol okayyyy
