Not really. There is a finite number of elements, but an infinite number of primes.

Seems "normal" I think. Even pretty good tbh. I'm mining with perhaps 8000pps, I don't have 20 blocks
i wish i had his rate, mining at 14k pps and i got nowhere 20 blocks

Mostly luck. I have 2 identical machines. One found 5 blocks yesterday, the other 0. Today it's the other way round.
How much PPS in total?

Actually the difficulty has been 7 from the start. it's now 7.91852725, I'm still finding blocks but only 15 coins per block now.
How many coins was it per block to start with?

OK, with this difficulty we are going to need a pool around now. A difficulty of 7 and solo mining that for me is pointless.

There is no Block from last 24 hours......... What happened?
a: you got disconnectedb: your on the wrong chain
c: you chain updates stopped for some reason
I am online.....
How to solve these other issues?
b: delete blockchain, re-download.
c: restart primecoin
