Welcome to the crypto world. Hope you enjoy trading in this world. Both of the coins that you mentioned are really great as far as trading goes. Just be careful not to invest all in one place and beware of the deeming damages too that this business brings with it. Just do your proper research before investing your time and money in one place.

XRP or BCH is a solid coin and is in the top 5 coin marketcap. I think dividing our investment in these two coins is also good because both coins have great liquidity and are currently cheaper than last year's prices. XRP and BCH have a large community and also have products.
First, what makes them solid? What real use case do they have that will make the project to continue to last in the market. Ripple is just a shadow in its own place and I don’t see much around it, it has been standing there  on that position all along without much volume, and have you ever asked yourself what is still making it still occupying that seat when there is nothing happening much around it.

Bitcoin cash on the other hand is a fork, and most fork coins are more like a scam coin, most of the fork coins are just relying on the glory of bitcoin and they will fade out of the market over time, the only coin that is still the most tested and reliable coin is bitcoin for anyone to invest in, all these BCH, XRP are just low quality project that will not stay long.

"solid" in this context (and usually in this board) means only being on top of some arbitrary list even if it is fake (that is the coinmarketcap.com list) and being pumped. and since both of these shitcoins satisfy these two conditions, they consider them "solid" even if they are shitcoins and even if they are centralized and scams.
that is the biggest problem with this market. and that is why we have no "real solid" altcoins anymore. because people like him only care about pumpability instead of utilities. and shitcoins are the best for pumping.

actually comparing the two altc between XRP and BCH is equally very confusing. because they have had a good and rapid development since its launch. but if I have to choose one I prefer XRP, because these days they have a chart of developments that is good enough for you to invest. I see XRP growing around 0.20% today.

BTC.
Yes, the coin will definitely not disappoint you in investing. In my opinion, BTC for long-term investment is very good. As stated by those who are more experienced in this forum, you must be careful and really must be learned in investing.

To be a successful crypto investor, you need to first understand the basic concept of investing into cryptocurrency and the basic risks associated with it. Once you are done with understanding these, another aspect to consider before investing in any crypto coin is your start up investment capital. Looking at both XRP and BCH, they are good coins to invest in but if your start up capital is small, XRP will be the best coin to invest in. But if your start up capital is huge, you can divide it into 50 -50 and invest in both coins.

That is the right decision XRP and BCH is a good choice if you want to invest in crypto. Both the coin will make a profit for you.

For a newbie, there are other coins better than this XRP and BCH, for obvious reason I think you should restrict your investment to Bitcoin and Ethereum, they are better options than the heavily cricticised XRP and BCH.

XRP and BCH are perfect for long-term investments, but I personally don't really like those two altcoins. if you don't mind I suggest you invest in the BNB or ETH.
top 5 alt buy 10 percent each and don’t worry, if you take off one, sell money in fiat...
and so I would only keep Ethereum and Bitcoin, and considering the price drop, I would have invested in ripple

In my personal speculation, Bitcoincash is one of the best altcoin at the moment. Though they had many ups and downs, they had a solid backing and are a mineable decentralized currency unlike Ripple. Ripple on the other hand has been nearly dormant in terms of development and finding markets while BCH is an actively used merchant coin and many business accepting it as a payment.

Yeah you need to stick with the top coins only, xrp and bch are good but personally im mainly in btc and eth so i think at the monent it is good time to accumulate i have personally made this target that btc under 10k and eth below 200 is the range for more and more accumulation.

all coins are good, but most importantly you have to know everything about the coin before buying it. so before buying XRP or BCH it's better to find out about it first. if you already understand and know the latest situation, you can buy it.

Don't buy just because you think the coin is good, without knowing the latest situation whether they have good or bad news.

my advice is better not to buy both. XRP and BCH are good, but it will be very difficult for newbies who want to invest. I prefer to buy bitcoin, because everyone knows bitcoin is far more profitable than the two coins.

The best answer is bitcoin and can't even choose which is better from XRP and BCH consider both coins are crap coin without any utility usage and it was called as security based on the SEC compliance.

XRP gets loss with R3 and companies are not interested to use it again and bitcoin cash full with buzzwords to be adopted by hundreds of merchant around the world.

@Kaonashi1993 welcome to the forum now answering your question I would advise you not to invest in bch, as it’s not a good coin and they had to burn it to fake it’s volumes. Also I hope you have done extensive research before investing in crypto’s because crypto’s are volatile, and their prices are never fixed. As you’re keen to invest in crypto’s I would advise you to invest in bitcoins, and Ethereum for higher returns.

To be honest, those two are great investments specially for the long haul. But FUD will always still there, no matter what so it's better if you're not going to involved yourself emotionally with your investment/trading. They could be good as I have said for long term, like a year or two of holding, just saying.
