You cannot be so sure whether XRP will dump further or rise up again so the best thing is to enter into the market if only your funds are ready for investment
I would prefer to wait and join next weeks. With Bitcoin correction, price of altcoins/ tokens might dramatically decrease sooner or later today. For XRP, I will wait next days to buy cheaper coins, because there might have deeply correction of Bitcoin.
I think now there will be a correction of bitcoin , and part of the funds can be taken xrp , I think the growth will be strong this coin has the potential , even if you remember how it grew in 2017
As you can see now market is green and every thing is going well but xrp is not going well , may be in future can perform so if you wants buy xrp you can do now.
