By some odd chance, I had to investigate Stellar and found it intriguing...actually surprised by number of ICOs on that platform.

However, no good ICO gives more than 20-25% bonus, otherwise expect spectacular dump after it hit exchanges.

my general rule about ICOs is, the bigger the bonus, the less interested I'm to buy it.

Of course, if you have hundreds of ETH (or XLM Grin

) to spend on ico just to shave small investors of their profit,
then go for it, the bigger the bonus, the better

I don't think you know what security is or what it would mean for XRP and Ripple, since there are specific rules that must be followed for assets whicv are classified as securities.

It also means I got it right in one of my previous posts...banks are notoriously conservative and
change will probably come from ground up...most banks will reconsider once small fintech companies start
to eat their profits
