There was also a very high-profile Forbes article that was recently released about the history of Ripple, specifically focusing on David Schwartz's role in creating XRP.

Coil, Stefan Thomas's new company, released a video explaining web monetization.

And the XRP Ledger just became even more decentralized. I also have some interesting information about more exchanges and retailers supporting XRP.

The biggest success of Ripple is that Ripple has the stability that Bitcoin, Ethereum does not have. The stability here is not about the price but how a startup company operates. The company has CEO, marketing department, staff. This brings the truth of a project, with less speculative nature.

Interesting price move today... while BTC got manipulated by a whale again XRP recovered quickly. Ofcourse everything falls along with BTC but XRP has shown some good resilience.
Even if it's also immune to many hikes, it's more steady to the upside in comparison with BTC.

I do not want to say anything negative, but while the existing government will rule Russia, the users of crypto-currencies will always have problems. Remember the problems with the social network of telegrams and recall the existing draft laws on the control of the crypto currency.

Don't forget problems with SEC...or inability for citizens to partcipate in ICOs..oh wait, thats another country Grin

Yeah, they call it "Coinbase Custody", it was first announce about 3 months ago. I'm not sure what it is but from a short description I guess it's something like an online wallet.
Until they officially announce trading in XRP, there is no reason for hype.
