Unbelievable... how did we miss this?

https://www.forbes.com/sites/rogeraitken/2017/10/31/cme-group-launching-bitcoin-futures-in-q4-to-professionalize-crypto-asset-class/amp/

Next to bitcorn they truly consider to list XRP futures. Damn about time for moon.

Since November 2016, the CME and Crypto Facilities Ltd., a crypto futures trading platform regulated by the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority that supports currencies bitcoin and Ripple, have calculated and published the BRR. This aggregates the trade flow of major bitcoin spot exchanges during a calculation window into the U.S. Dollar price of one bitcoin as of 4:00 p.m. London time.

Earlier this October, Crypto Facilities launched two new crypto currency rates in open beta, namely: (1) CF Ripple-Bitcoin Reference Rate (RRR_XBT), a once-a-day reference rate of the bitcoin price of 1 Ripple; and, (2) CF Ripple-Bitcoin Real Time Index (RRTI_XBT), an instantaneous rate of the US dollar price of 1 Ripple.

Bois dont be stupid. Do your research. Gtfo. Dont waste your resources and time to fud this thing here. Youve lost. Concentrate more on your useless shillcoins. Sorry that your coins dont get recognized by governments and financial institutions  Smiley
Price will remain between 0,18$ and 30$. Time will tell

Are those comments in a row a competition in who is more autistic? Lmao cant believe this shit is still going on lol. They will never stop to repeat themselves lol. Like( TV )sitting in a basement and doing coke all day just to tell what scams other coins are while he snorts and licks his coke of the fingers at a LIVESTREAM WTF lolol. If someone want proof hit me a dm lol (TV is a coke addict). (Always think twice before believing self declared experts)

The thing that surprised me about XRP is that its value always seemed to go up during times when bitcoin was falling and its slow recovery. It's just a value thats gone up

That's to good thing about it but its price though isn't rising sharply compare to how it were few months ago. It almost reach up to 40 cents for awhile but were constantly dipping til what is left these days. The platform can be promising but there were just ahead like ETH.

Yep, they are. That is a differential about this coin. If everything was the same, we would never have an environment around cryptocurrency. Ripple have different goals from Bitcoin, BCash, ETh, monero etc. Some projects complement others, some projects works for different companies, people.

I believed of creating a gold coin that is simple transform your hard earned money in it. Just publish proof of you burning up your buck bills and also you get coins.

What do you guys think Ripples potential is? I was very high on it before but not so much anymore. Thinking about pulling most out. Like someone else said, for it to even reach $2-3 it would have to have a ridiculous marketcap.

and how much would you be considering ridiculous because to me its already ridiculous.  Grin and what's more ridiculous than what it is today is that it still maintains its position on top of the CMC for years. didn't you wonder where all these money are coming from?  8Billlion is huge and you can expect that to multiply.

Hear hear. Stability is a good sign. If you only care about day trading, you're on the wrong coin man. This one's about year trading.

I had forgotten about CODIUS, I suppose now Ripple have a lot more money they can spend it on a risky smart contract platform. Did anyone hear anything from a Ripple employee about restarting this project. BTW I would never try trading this digital asset it has mind of its own.

Sorry to crush your dreams, but there is no moving down from here,
Lock up is closely and everyone is getting ready  Wink
btc isnt going to be a problem. Fork here fork there. Same for etherium  fork here fork theree bugs exploits hacks...havent heard something bad about ripple Wink Wink Wink
BTW codius is under maintenance again. The smartcontract platform of ripple. They see what etherium CANT do and try to improve this mess

If XRP platform can solve what ETH can't do, there is a chance that some tokens may want to move to XRP platform. Can XRP platform casually do this without affecting much because through such method, swapping would be smoother and will keep the reputation of Ripple.

https://codius.org

Smart contracts run on Codius can:

hold assets in one or multiple math-based distributed ledgers, such as Bitcoin and Ripple
collect information from any source connected to the internet
be written in standard programming languages
Depending on the security model required for a particular smart contract, the contracting parties can select the host or group of hosts they trust. A larger number of hosts can be used to add more redundancy, and thus security, to the contract’s execution and to ensure that the terms are carried out exactly as specified.

Smart contracts are not directly legally enforceable. However, smart contracts could be created alongside corresponding traditional contracts that can provide a legal backing or fallback.

Maybe this could be interesting for you Smiley

BTC strongly continue up trend. Cash change from alt cash to Bitcoin. Therefore remaining in the Ripple really risky. Particularly entering throughout the risings more risky. The btc element causes it to be challenging.

don't forget bitcoincash, despite not being in love with a lot of people, in the last two weeks is a real monster cathcing up more more then 90% versus bitcoin value (from 0,05 to 0,09)
maybe it is related to the uncertainty about segwit2x...

and ripple continues to move up and down inside general boundaries of 0,19USD to 0,22USD with occasional spikes, we will see

i wish the next year things will start moving a little bit more steadily with XRP adoption, but over all this was not a bad year at all.
