Goto the electrum wallet site, and see if they have updated server connections etc?

    problem with electrum wallets... they have to have connections to verge block and Electrum servers...

    (from what i understand)   



  you shouldnt need the seed, unless you lost your original wallet and are starting fresh??


Or... after a few tries that way...

    Since you have the seed/pw...   go ahead and start fresh, on a new install. (another system etc)


after you sync the new one...   send your coins to another address/wallet.   (not sure exactly, but after recovery, i always move my coins, just in case someone else got wind
of anything)

the VERGE coin will move upwards soon.
No one knows when VERGE starting its upwards journey, but it is one of last chance to buy cheap VERGE.

I like where we are right now on verge. Price sometimes go up, sometimes go down. I'm just monitoring its movement. But truthfully, it already bottomed out. And can go to a relief rally by either starting october - december. I'm filling up my basket now, so I can create some profit during december.

It's still not too late to buy. For a long time the market gives to buy assets at good prices. I definitely like it.

There are many people believe that XVG will follow the path of XRP, but forget to think that there are basic differences! The people here involved with financial power only appear after they have accumulated enough and sell at higher prices to unsuspecting people! XRP also suffers from this process, but at least walks into mass adoption! I particularly do not like XRP and XVG, but I recognize that it is interesting to participate in times like these where everything is cheap.

That's only version bitcoin wallet source changed from V13 to V17 for Verge wallet and it needs more security for transactions in future .

V13 and V17, what are they?
Would you mind explaining more about both V13 and V17, please.
I guess those ones are important ones, but not sure how importantly they are.

Do you think with the recent release of v17 it’s a lot of work to get from v13 to v17 for Verge?

Today is an important day, almost 3 months ago I was brought on board the Verge Core team. This happened as a result of a on a side project collaboration with CryptoRekt. For some of my peers, this was a very odd decision; as I am almost a 40 year old professional working as a CIO of a successful medium/large Managed Service provider that I founded. Most of my associations in real life are institutional investors, while my friend roster includes bankers, a wall street guy and a handful of accountant types.

Why would a successful business owner like myself, contribute my valuable time to help along a cryptocurrency project without pay?

Due to being an IT nerd, I have a completely different perspective; plus having seen how the internet changed the world. This has given me a great deal of hope that crypto will change the landscape of payments, investment, banking and the entire financial industry. I remember when Video rental stores weren’t concerned about on-demand videos; Or when AOL wasn’t concerned about Yahoo which in turn wasn’t concerned about Google. Another relevant example is dial-up internet providers who didn’t care about cable and DSL. In the beginning my peers had no use for the internet beyond looking at Geocity pages and downloading music from Napster; while i was an early adopter of using Google search and any other interesting new tech I could use or research. I remember watching a dial up internet provider for whom I worked for fail completely not even three years after a 12 million dollar buyout offer. Dial-up was a business model completely rendered useless by high speed internet.

I truly believe that we are currently at the front end of a movement that will completely change the world. I want my foot in the door! Actually, I want to be completely inside the building looking out of the penthouse this time around! I believe in the very nature and ideal of Verge, and I’m more than willing to contribute for free to see that goal through.

If you don't have any XVG coins in your private wallet , Perhaps you won't able to become a good crypto holders in near future so  This is a good chance to own XVG coins as the future savings and it's possible to reach 1$ in the year of 2019 .
