Yes, it was patched quickly, but codebases that other codes share with the Bitcoin core client are also vulnerable. Guncoin was exploited in this manner. That's why I asked if there has been any update from the XVG dev team.

If you call XVG dead you could call a whole lot of other projects dead, too. And probably you would even be right with saying that.

which was saying that TETHER was the cluprit. (and not even tether, it was really one exchange that screwed up)

I'm using verge wallet version Ver 4.0.2a and my wallet is running very well . I have more 15 connections working now and I have not yet seen it stopped synchronizing . Just check your firewall on your PC or VPS .
