I cannot tell about Verge specifically, but I invite you to check altcoins all over the board...
They all have been hit pretty hard by all the bitcoin forking saga and now its huge
increase in value.
So, many people are selling their altcoins (even on a significant lost)
to get BTC.... and probably get $... which I can understand ;-)
When we tell that patience is key.... it has been especially true for the last months ;-)

gave the electrum windows wallet a look tonight. especially liked the Show transaction before broadcast (preference). had no success with the Lite Mode toggle and could not send XVG with this handy feature. blue colored send button doesn't respond when clicked on.************************************************************

Lately there was a hacking on Coinpouchapp and it spread so fast. Most people were telling Verge blockchain was hacked when the truth is it was only Coinpouchapp. Coinpouchapp is also a third party and Verge has nothing to do with it Verge will rise again.
