Yes thus third party wallets are not secured totally in the first place it is much better to use web wallet or exchange wallets. This is common thing about crypto and we can't do anything for them im just hoping that the price won't dump just because of this news.

luckily this doesn't affect us at all. hopefully coinpouch does something to reimburse their users, or they're probably looking at a lawsuit. a very close friend of mine owned almost half the coins that were stolen.

Yup, I tried mining verge. But at its current price, I stop my mining rigs as the quantity of the coins that can be mined right now is not electricity efficient. I might loose money due to electricity cost. Not like before, when verge, hit this value, I can mine a lot of coin.

We are supposed to be the ONLY owner of the private keys.

A developer would be totally crazy to hold pkeys on a server.

Correct me if I'm wrong, the private key of each address was necessary to create each transaction, right Huh

No it is not the community fault. What more official do you like when it is listed on official website of Verge? If devs do not refund this, expect this project do slowly exit...This game is ALL about trust/trustless

Sell me your coins now while you are FUDing. Weak hands don't deserve this coin, especially if you think its devs fault you or someone else entrusts their money in a third party service. Its still a bummer and I do feel bad for those people affected. They don't deserve it nonetheless.
