When XVG get listed in Polo will be a crazy times guys... 

I think we all hope that happen soon, until that we keep buying at this cheap prices. 

1. Whitepaper (ours is a Blackpaper) - DONE
2. Electrum i2p Server/Client - DONE
3. Electrum TOR Server/Client - DONE
4. Produce Electrum Binaries from current client scripts, for ease of use - by end of week, June 9th
5. Marketing campaign across multiple crypto services - ONGOING, see below.
6. i2P/TOR Android Wallets - ~July 2017.
7. Expand Verge Radio to become RadioCrypto, and include in core wallets - Halfway done, Completed by ~ June 26th
8. New Core Wallet Release - Early July 2017

There are a few other major announcements coming over the next week, but i can't post them until they are finalized.

Is Verge getting on polo?

Same here. Took me 10 minutes and then I could use the wallet.
But if I want to restart the wallet I have to wait again the 10 minutes..

On this morning dip bought some cheap coins, all I want now is new wallet release that will be in July as I see.

How I did it:

Unzip using 7zip or other software

cut all the files in the unzipped folder

go to your roaming folder and find VERGE

Past the files in that folder (when asked to overwrite say yes)

restart the wallet. . . it will look like it's stuck at "loading block index" for me it was 10 minutes

Once that's done, you should be all set.

I've got the desktop wallet fully synced also, but it still doesn't show my balance right( it says i have 0.00 XVG). Why is that?
Also, very often it just gets stuck at Loading block index.. , and i have to close it and open in again.

I have similar problem on my windows 7 wallet as well.. first time when I run my wallet everything is working ok and wallet opens very quickly...but when I replace files with blockchain folder from vergecurrency.de to speed up sync time my wallet freeze at  loading block index...Do we have to replace in  %appdata% directory  folder colled "database" with 3 other files or only choose that files with blockchain? Because it seems that when replacing all 4 items in folder from that site wallet doesnt work anymore... anyone has solution for that?

I've talked a little in the IRC chat about what is needed for marketing Verge. I am having heart surgery next week and wont be around for a while but once I recover I will be diving head first into starting a marketing group dedicated to the sole purpose of getting more people aware of Verge.

The team will need several different experience types. Here is a general list of what I will be looking for, and this is just off the top of my head:

A decent copywriter
Someone to write general content for blog posts, ads, etc.
A web page master, with Wordpress experience
A programmer with at minimum php and js experience
Someone who knows social marketing

We will need a few more positions as things get moving but that should get things rolling at first. My job will be organizing and managing, since I have 10+ years designing and selling software online I know a lot of what is needed but like most programmers I suck at actually getting it done myself. Us programmer types are best at organizing and suck at creative stuff.

I wont be around again until after my surgery so don't expect me to answer for about 3 weeks from now, 1 week to go for surgery, 1 week in hospital, and 1 week at home to rest up before I can get back online.
