It was in the downloads folder. Where do I need to put the files and what files should I add? Should they replace any existing files?
yes you put them in the folder where your wallet.dat is. replace everything. it wont overwrite the wallet.dat

Great project but wallet is still out of sync. How long does it take to sync the Verge wallet typically? I tried the vergecurrency zip file, I even tried replacing some of the files but nothing has worked.
where did you put the blockchain files? in the library applications verge folder?

i did a pull request on their repo to add verge, but they havent been active since.. theres a fork in our github for that ;]

Who is the owner of the web wallet, like owns the private keys? I noticed it says donate to wallet owner or something. I'd prefer to download the desktop wallet but it's been syncing for Hours and hasn't really moved...is there a quicker way to get it up to sync?

vergecurrency.de you can download the chain. its alot quicker. i run all 3 of our web wallets. (clearnet, tor, and i2p)
So when are the smart contracts getting added?
not until after rsk finishes testing. it's supposed to be this month though.

Hi, I've invested in verge but I'm new to mining and was hoping someone could give me some pointers in regards to a good pool and what kind of hashrate I should aim for, not necessarily to be profitable though. I'm currently running my computer on aikapool BLAKE2s algo and getting around 3000 MH/s and for the last 3 hours have gotten 10 verge. I'm not sure if thats good or not? It seems rather low, but then again I'm new and don't know what to expect. Any help or information would be appreciated!
I just created a paper wallet, shipped some xvg to it and says address doesn't exist on prohashs explorer. Can't find another explorer. Can anyone assist?
what address did you create on the paper wallet? if it starts with 1, you selected bitcoin, and not verge.
