Waiting, you can't really do anything else (short of contacting them)

yes, that is why pool owners contact the devs of coins or the community, so that they can be alerted if a change occurs. what pool is it?

I see Ok thanks the pool is

I just went back and found the email response I got from my pool owner on my withdraw issue over at Prohash.com. I will paste the whole response but only pay attention to the Verge problem..I dont understand any of this..Thanks

I will have all the payouts sent in a few minutes. Goldcoin was caused by an issue withdrawaling from Cryptopia, and Verge was caused by a bug in their daemon that reports "invalid amount" if you try and send a transaction with more than 8 decimal places (all other coins just truncate the amount to 8 decimals).

Welcome to Verge/XVG......originally the coin was started as doge-dark or doged back in Oct 2014.
The name change came earlier this year.
As you see different different pools and exchanges you will see some that have not done all their name changes in parts of their site. The name is pretty much interchangable.

Just be SURE that they have migrated to the latest wallet, as the old wallets don't work anymore.

Keep on minin'  Cool

hi
i'am new in mining verge coins , for now i use xvg.suprnova as mining pool
in the pic i see Doged Est earning not xvg ( i'am confused because i know that dogedarkcoin is rebranded to verge )
i have 2 Q :
1/how i can send my doged to verge coin wallet ?
2/ how to convert my doged in usd ( 1000 doged = ??usd)

It is great to see more people involved in mining Verge.
This multi-algo is going to work great I believe in helping that happen.
I didn't start until that happened myself.

Q 1: You should be able to send it as usual, I would not be too concerned about the name Doged vs Verge. Be sure you have an updated wallet though.

Q 2: You can find that information here, along with more.

DEPOSIT XVG
Wallet status: Maintenance
from yobit

This is good news

Every time one of these exchanges screws up and loses money for people, or turns out to be straight up scam site, it hurts all crypto.

@Dev - several days since the hard fork, and not one block chain lockup. Thank you, thank you Thank you!  Smiley
Mining is smooth and transfers fast.
Closing in on next update.
Who do you suppose "Hashinator" is bothering now?

another scrypt coin i assume. whoever it is, i feel bad for them. that was a major pita!
I think it was BTC38 stocking up before launching on their exchange to take advantage of a subsequent price spike.

That's an interesting and plausible theory about it being a chinese exchange.................makes total sense......I think the price will go much higher than 100 satoshis per XVG very soon............

Do you have when Android wallet will be up and working.  Im showing no connection

i got the python hash  modules together for the electrum server, ill be building it out today and testing. in the mean time, if you need access to your coins, you can retrieve them using an electrum wallet, or message me and i can do it for you.

Hi I am trying to find the details about the MultiAlgo change to report about on our podcast this weekend.  I am curious what inspired the change and also I am interested in knowing which algo's are supported now.  Just having a little trouble finding the info in the big thread I think. Thanks!

we switched because of a massive attack on our chain to drive the diff up (attack was as high as 1.5th/s at times)

blake2s, x17, scrypt, lyra2rev2, and myr-groestl are our algos now.
