if this is an IEO problem or a cryptocurrency project, it all depends on the project to be developed. this year many projects have been unsuccessful because investors are currently choosing projects they like, and doing research on it.
so, I think halving that will occur in 2020 will affect the current price of crypto. the success or failure of the development of the ICO / IEO / STO project, and others depends on the concept they provide, and the team.

I am still pessimistic about the future of altcoins, especially tokens. Even if the general perception of the halving will generate a bull run, I do not think it will affect alts. Scams of token ICOs have painted the alts into a bad light. I do not know if this will change in the future but I do not see it happening in 2020.

ICOs and IEOs has not been in a trend for the past 2 years, The last time I remember I got so much from ICO is way back 2017 ( If some here knows the OMIX)
If I would predict, 2020 will be as hell as 2019 nothing new, nothing will increase. Last 2018, predictions for 2019 would be great for altcoins but look at it now, not bad for price but there's something the market is lack of, may be a great contender? What else did we got from this year, BAKKT? whose first 2 weeks didn't go that well. Upcoming Facebook Libra? not interested on that one.

There will be a possibility that 2020 will be the best year for cryptocurrencies, Many events and issues are awaited next year that can bring cryptocurrencies reach ATH. Especially the issue of libra and China own cryptocurrencies which is likely to be released in 2020 will become a world trend. I believe it will make a good impacts for ICO projects.

After bitcoin halving i expect to have a good price grow for most crypto coins, for IEOs i expect only IEO hold on big exchanges to have success and bring something new on crypto, but all depends on what people do before halving and after, if they invest or no on crypto.

Well it depends on the scenarios, there are lot s of bounty hunters to was red tagged on the verge were alts are its hype. Now the numbers have been minimized. I think there are only few people who would join bounties because of that. There are so many cons in alts bounty hunting compared to its pros.

when later bitcoin halving has happened then of course the market will get a very strong bullish trend and i'm very sure about it, so when the positive trend is very significant then of course many projects that will be affected become more positive because basically new projects will go well when the trends in the crypto market are very positive, be patient the season will surely come

This is very possible because the effect of halving cannot be felt directly but on succeeding months or years. But I think to start next year, bitcoin will continue to grow at a slower pace, but staggering. Growth will be organic due to more adoption, which is good for the crypto community.

I'm not too sure, indeed many people have expected that 2020 is the year of crypto but that is not yet a guarantee that IEO and bounty hunters will be as expected. if 2020 is indeed in line with expectations, I am sure the IEO project can be successful at the end of 2020, for the beginning of the year I think it is still the same as it is today cannot be predicted. don't get your hopes up too high.

Finally, there will be fewer slag projects but it is not a fact that the government will not push sticks into the wheels. It is a pity that not always everything depends on crypto enthusiasts. Perhaps the work of bounty hunters will not disappear but will change for sure because large projects do not need bountists.

if the market does not go up, and the project has not improved, 2020 will worsen. the project has been so bad for 1 year and everyone is lazy. the market also doesn't go up high. we know everything needs a process, but if the signs aren't visible from now on, how can we see good things in the future?

my expectations are of course everything can improve again, although it does not rise high, but at least everything can be improved. starting from the market, and also ico or ieo projects that can be the foundation for finding profit.

its a long time have been passing that the crypto market are struggling a lot .There are many project hasn't been succeed at this time though many of them were so good .As you said many project hasn't been even reach soft cap but a few were lucky got this .We all are hope that we will see a fresh uptrend year on 2020 and we will have lots of good project too.

~2020 where people expect capital to return after losses due to Bitcoin Dump. I'm sure for now there are those who buy at the highest price in 2017 and hold on to this day hoping that next year is a miracle. Another problem if the project is developed through the IOE model is sad news for a bounty hunter, because a project has already paid the exchange to promote it. I hope next year the altcoin season comes and approaches, no more scammed words. And until now I really hope that there are new methods / revisions to the crowdfunding model, besides ICO, IEO, STO. Expect like 2017 where investors and prize hunters are very profitable.

bitcoin price more rational on level around $15000 before bitcoin halving. investors prefer trade safe , and will not let do the same mistake with condition on end of 2017 . waiting best price and will not buying on top again will be their strategy for now on. and we see at this moment bitcoin price could not drive extremely. its moved slowly even up or down. they really care about their money now , and now maybe waiting best price before start investing in bitcoin and cryptocurrency market again.

And I also think there will be more regulations and other countries banned crypto will withdraw and accept bitcoin again.

I'm optimistic that the future of crypto will be bright at the right time, although we know that there are currently many troublemakers who do not like the advancement of technology, but we can understand that it is due to their inability to keep up with us. 2017 was year of ICOs, when massive no of ICOs were launched and $5.6 billion usd were raised by different ICOs. Year 2018 brought similar success to ICOs. We have IEOs now, but I dont think we will see similar investment in startups.

I'm predicting a rapid change in the crypto industry. New types of project entering the market while we change the way we trade and hold our cryptocurrency. I'm hoping for doubling of price of bitcoin along with other promising project. I expect some sort of global regulation on fundraising through IEO or similar approach. 2020 would be a deciding year for crypto future for sure.
