Hardcap was not 40 ETH. Hardcap 150k eth di in ICON, But the time they sold 75k in pre-ICO was over. Probably the same logic.

team development informations clear and they are look experienced and committed to work hard for make ICO success, and project roadmap is clear, in my opinion this is the good ICO, i hope this ICO will success
The project is sound with great team behind it, my concern is that the hardcap is too high for me, what do they need $40 million for, also it seems there is huge interest in the project with huge number of investment group participating in the private sale, I am just concern here about the bonus disparity when compared to ICO investors
