my guess is he had less hash when he won in dec and used the coins to expand to 200+

it makes some more value to this pools trust.
no one ever reported unpaid blocks.
(and some lucky ones getting tons of paid blocks..)

To be honest I didn't think there was any way to check and thought it was more about trusting the pool operators.
