u can find a block even with s1, or a stick miner!
it depends on luck! obviously if you have 450th then you have 1000 more chances; but if u have no luck, it doesn't matter what hash speed u got!
eligius pool is at 28h without a block, with 8.5ph!

ie Ghash.io - 11Ph's has only earned 1 block so far today against yesterdays 4 blocks at 13.5ph's
Kano.is 2ph's so far today 1 block, yesterday 2 blocks.

Agree - There is about 3.4Ph's on there.
0.0124 btc/TH/day Limiting it to 1.4ph's gives you 12hrs or 2.5ph's for 6hrs.
