Admin of this forum is different admin from yobit exchange lol.

Go ask for the support or send message to email using support ticket ask if they can fix that problem.

Ow, be careful giving your email here, you connected that email to your account, it includes money, so giving your email publicly won't be a good idea.

Back to the issue, this isn't the right place for you to contact their support. Get tickets first, and if they didn't mde any action, you can make a thread here for your issue.

There's no yobit admin staying here and you are in the wrong forum maybe visit their own forum kindly search this cryptotalk on google and post your issue as well go to their telegram channel to place your rant and issues.

If days past but no answer from them you can create a scam accusation to create awareness.

Or maybe send a message to their support first, you will get a faster answer in the site than in here.

That account is not active anymore, was only active last January 27, 2020, so you can't expect a reply from them.



They are known to have a poor support and they take decades to answer any inquiries or problems towards their exchange but this is the only way for OP to contact them and also I think going to their telegram or whatever platforms where they are is the best thing needed to do so that he will be noticed by yobit representative.

No yobit representative would be willing to answer your concern. Because even in their own exchange platform, they don't cater queries immediately.

I don't understand it, why there has to be a freeze button that can be accessed by a user to their own accounts if the function is to freeze your own assets?

Well, I never experienced that, I get a reply from the support whenever I have a problem with the site, but that was a year ago already since I'm not using Yobit anymore AFAIR.

Well, yobit's platform now and their team, especially their own made forum, were bombarded bu a lot of users that often just there because of the pay per post, and their last year's 1btc prize for the most helpful (lol).

Hence, with that being said, it will really be hard for you to be prioritized nor be answered by any of their team. They've been busy giving money to posters and getting money from investors Grin Furthermore, YOBIT's name here is already flagged, many BTT users had been scammed back then and you might as well not dare to try promoting it.

I never tried it but I've known some who does and still currently posting there, that's why I've known that issues.

Unfortunately even sending a message through their ticket support, you are likely won't get any reply (based on my experience and others). Their support/customer service is very very bad. They are only care about their daily Pump and dump new token.


Well, I never experienced that, I get a reply from the support whenever I have a problem with the site, but that was a year ago already since I'm not using Yobit anymore AFAIR.
