Dear me, I think I'm becoming a god
We already hired one of BitcoinTalk moderators for banning spammers from our Sig Campaign, so it will be solved soon.

You got hilarious to watch over your campaign?

Who exactly?

Probably hilariousandco.
Waiting for confirmation though.

Yes.
Why do you guys take so long to respond? i sent in a ticket days ago but still no reply
Other people in the thread are saying the same thing
Even the signature campaign you guys have is poorly run, why wait until you got negative trust to hire a manager?

Your business is too reactive

So YoBit is officially defunct as a company? No surprise there.
What about those in their signature campaign? Are they officially not going to get payments now?
Its quite possible that this is an isolated incident, those withdraws (especially the first 2) look large, but i dont see any reason not to send the btc payment

As I already said - his account was locked by our security-system in auto-mode, now it's unlocked.

Your signature campaign is full of spammers and people with neg trust. Yeah I tried it a while until:

... Just saying. (I was even a member until I heard about the spammers).

You guys just suck. Your shit coin exchange has more shit coins than cryptsy, like that's even possible.

2. Your signature campaign is full of spammers and people with neg trust. Yeah I tried it a while until:

3. You intentionally stop people from withdrawing sig funds using the broke blue button. fuck you.  Lol.

4. You allow and pay for shit stain posts over the whole forum by morons who cannot even speak english, and don't do anything about it.

... Just saying. (I was even a member until I heard about the spammers).

As my first contact with crypto exchange, I found out YoBit a good place, though maybe not so friendly for beginners. It has an knit community, maybe with some character issues from time to time, but most of the time friendly. Give it another chance. It's worth it.
Thats not how things work, when someone refuses to give you your money and respond to emails and support tickets, you simply dont give them another chance.
Another chance to do what? steal your coins?

I agree that is not good to throw good money over the bad. Nevertheless, it seems like the problem was solved, but not in a timely manner. One thing I noticed using the site is that there is no way to check for tickets' status. Maybe if the enable a dashboard for it, their image would improve.

anonymousx, your account was locked in auto-mode by our security-system (probably because of TOR using or another accounts in system).
Now it's unlocked, all withdrawals sent.

Sorry for delay, we sent small gift to your PM (yobicode).

We develop new support system and will hire more people to Support Team on the next week.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

I never had any problems there. Deposits and withdraws were always fast. For now i did not contacted or needed support, but i am only depositing and withdrawing Bitcoins. Maybe altcoins have problem or i am just lucky but everything run smooth for me there.

Yobit FAQ

7) How quickly does the Support Team respond to the request? ↑
Major quantity of responses comes to users within an hour, but sometimes it takes up to 24 hours to send the response. We are working at improvement of Support Team performance.

99.99% of yobit users trust what I quoted above but after few changes: hour —> week if you are lucky enough ; 24 hours —> nevah!
The positive thing with yobit is that sometimes they add a valuable coin in their freecoins.

Cool What is deposit fulfillment waiting time at Yobit.net? ↑
Any deposit or withdrawal transactions starts just as the user's application is created. However any funds transfer and changes can take up to 24 hours. Sometimes delays in 1-2 days are possible. The reason lies in special characteristics of transaction conduct in cryptocurrency networks. Please take it into account while fulfilling deposit and withdrawal transactions.

I have an idea but dunno if it works, could you cancel the orders then send the coins to another account (directly or by yobicodes) then try to withdraw from the other account?

My experience with Yobit is very bad.

They don't respond to you ... at all. From tickets, reminders and even on this forum.

Best way is to find another exchange.

That's what I am talking about, I love you man, I quite exchange because of them, I decided that I can't afford to give my coins to anyone even for exchange, if it's not on shapeshift mine it, until there is P2P exchanges than I will be happy to deposit on the blockchain.

Their support is on a long holiday mate. Maybe our coins too.

I can't understand why they run so many promotions and do so much terrible in their support. Can't they see it is making customers leave?

They are one of the worst in the business.

I had an account and created a ticket (about a deposit) 4 weeks ago. They simply put you on the ignore list..

That's not called bad service, that's called theft, but don't worry, I will have good news here soon.
