niemann, I wish you a good luck! Please report actual information about this problem.

I did that. Check the post: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/yobit-scam-btc-wallet-empty-2726811
Getting pretty desperate.

customer got a issue - scam scam scam .........

issue resolved - which scam !! who yobit !!

such issues are common now a days . so dont call scam in any issue .

I most honestly hope you are write. I tend to beleive that they only have a bad support and that my issue will be solved, in which case I will writte an appology. Until that time, I have to call it a potential scam with a question mark.

On January 8th, I logged in and discovered my BTC wallet completely blank. ZERO?
I have not done any withdrawals, conversions, trades or anything else for that matter.

I openned a support ticket and posted 6 messages so far without a single word from Yobit.

I posted a message in this forum (https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.27827640) and got a reply that gave me some a guidance for further investigation of this issue. Now, up until that moment I haven't had any idea what YobiCodes might be. Anyway, what I found out is that on 2018-01-05 at 02:00:47 my BTC were converted to YobiCodes and than on 2018-01-05 at 02:00:56 these YobiCodes were activated. Within 9 seconds all my earnings were stolen.

There are no notifications that I (or anyone else) was logged in at that particular time at Yobit. At 2AM I was logged out completely. Further more, I use 2FA auth, so I do not see how anyone from the outside could do that.
History, of trading, withdrawals, dice, etc. is normal. Nothing suspicious there. The only position out of order is in the history of YobiCodes, where it stands that at the given time code was created.

Now, I know for sure that I didn't do that. With 2FA there is no way anyone else could do that either. The only conclusion is that someone from within Yobit took all the BTC's from my wallet with them.

Here are the links to the print screens to support this:
- list of email notifications from Yobit: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1woPF_zNODnwivM4lLOEnbfO5xVltc5Wv
- History of YobiCodes: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1JJZX-4cfpRSd-E7Oy3_bgOJR2bzudipc
- YobiCodes: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1HfbZLRlHKZ_lUQOuv_5SHN27xbBcxyN8

If you need more proof I'll be gladly provide.

On top of everything, there isn't a single word from Yobit ... I tried contacting them over all available options on their website and so far nothing. I cannot contact them over Telegram, Twitter, Facebook as they are closed for the comments. The moderator of their topic in this forum was logged in last time at Dec 13th/2017.

In desperation I write here in hope somehow the problem will be solved and my BTC's will be restored to my wallet. It's not much (just about 0.092 BTC), but trust me guys, at this point it is far than I can afford to loose.
