this is getting annoying that they don't answer users problems any more. people are going to leave the campaign soon if it continues.

it depends on the problem, if its only about the send to balance button not working then i think they shouldn't be wasting time replying to each email about it

Majority of Yobit sigcampaigners don't mind the answer after the transfer is fixed. As soon as they can able to transfer the balance everything is alright to them. This is how Yobit works so better just to ride the wave.

well as long as payments don't take that long, I believe people will still be willing to wait for them to enable the button again.

  But yeah, I agree, there should be better communication. This time they didn't even bother sending me a response to inform me that the issue was resolved. How unprofessional is that? Ah well, I'm done with my rant now. Cheers and happy trading all.

  Fair enough. Good point. However, they didn't even respond in this thread, or in the trollbox or Twitter. Not trying to beat a dead horse, but in customer service communication is a key factor.
 Now, granted, talking in terms of the Sig Campaign, we wouldn't really be labeled customers, sub-contracted employees would probably be a better term. Yet, still, communication goes a long way.

Good for you guys that it is working now. It's lasted not long this time. Then expect another 2-3 days that button won't work again lol.

Button is working fine now. I think admins should really atleast somehow have a way to communicate to their users to prevent this kind of issue to last longer than it has to.

i agree.. they have chat there but they dont response.

Thanks. I saw in your post that it's on day 3 now. 3 days is still a short one. Last button error lasted a week. If that button error will surpass it's previous time of delay maybe get prepare to flood their trollbox and give them a massive ticket.

OP activity doesn't really matter too much as its just a front account (look at post history and you'll see there really isn't any interaction with people, just statements about new coins being listed).

I actually wouldn't be too surprised if the Yobit BCT account was automated and linked with their system.

yeah i know it doesnt really matter but we can still see the activity of admin/s thru it atleast Smiley
