The main criterion should be: is Yobit keeping its promises and paying at the advertised rate, followed by spam control; once these 2 conditions are fulfilled, other advertisers might see these rates and decide a signature on this forum is worth far more than the 5-10 USD / week which most of the gambling sites seem to think is the fair value, so embracing serious advertisers like Yobit (provided they are true to their word) with welcoming arms would be the win win scenario here.
The payment per post is comparable to common gambling campaigns like MintDice or WinDice, all three of them are paying around 1$ per post (at the current BTC-price). So I don't think this campaign has any impact on rates of future campaigns. The only difference is the amount of paid posts per week, I don't think that paying almost any post a user writes per day is something other campaigns will adopt.

-> Because of the fact that the restart of the campaign is discussed in a lot of topics already I am going to lock this topic. I think the discussion should continue here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.52571948

I believe banning this campaign would be the worst of all possible decisions that the forum can take on the topic of signature campaigns.

Filtering out the spam and repetitive spammers is a great step in the right direction, and at a certain point forum purists should face the hardcore reality that a campaign paying 15-20k satoshi / post at a max of 20 posts per day is effectively valuing this forum at a much higher rate than many of the so called reputable campaigns which are content with offering 5k satoshi at 20 posts / week...

Yahoo asked spam busters to report the users privately so he can be able to remove most of the spammers in real quick
Yeah, I know that. He also PM a few reputable local members to report a user who spamming at local board.

I know in year 2017 or 18 he managed multiple signature campaigns with cap participants of 100 so he actually well qualified for doing this work.
But at that time, he can check the participant first before inputting them to the campaign. In yobit, everyone freely to join before getting a check first the spam still getting a benefit from that's also from the post count & payment system every 3-4 hours.

OK if yahoo62278 will manage this campaign, it will reduce spam for sure.
The spam will continue, due to the register phase without being a selection phase first & the register system was pretty easy. You can see the data from suchmoon, a few participants already doing plagiarism & cheating with a few linier #Post authentication also the participant doesn't have a limit  The different right now, the campaign have some manager so we can make a report if someone going to spam. To be honest, its a big job for yahoo cause they don't have a limit participant probably with a few days yobit will have 200-300 participant campaign.

Also because the post count & payment system using an automatic system the spam still getting paid with around 3-4 hours before he getting a ban campaign/the post got deleted.
Yahoo asked spam busters to report the users privately so he can be able to remove most of the spammers in real quick but give him some time to settle things before criticizing it is impossible to manage campaign with 300 participants.I know in year 2017 or 18 he managed multiple signature campaigns with cap participants of 100 so he actually well qualified for doing this work.

If you find anyone spamming feel free to report them too.

If he is allowed to manage within his own ambit rather than conform to the house rules already being enforced. Their current style targets quantity and renowned managers target quality. There would have to be a lot of changes on their regulations to ensure it's not another spam fest.
From the discussion I've followed in the other threads, they seem interested in getting a manager to handle the campaign.

The current campaign managed by Yobit, not by yahoo62278. If what Yobit said is true, we will soon see another campaign topic, that managed by yahoo62278 soon. I think if yahoo62278 takes that campaign, there are limited numbers of participants and we will also see different postcap that will be likely lower than 20 posts per day.
I checked and found what we need.
We are negotiating with yahoo, soon will be ready new topic for our sig campaign
I have been contacted and officially have access to ban users for spamming. Basically a quality checker for the campaign, everything else will be handled via their website. As posted in the thread, I welcome pms from spam busters who want to discuss me removing a user you feel is spamming.

Currently there are about 100 users in this campaign so bear with me for a few days while I review post histories and such. Not gonna clean it up in 5 minutes.

He have very good reputation on this forum and already manage a few very successful and long signature campaigns.
Hopefully, this will prevent future problems with Yobits campaigns and we will not see many spamming like before, in first Yobit campaign.

I do not underestimate anyone, but considering that he is manage few others sig campaigns, it will be very hard to keep all participants under control.
He has already said and acted on every participant who committed spam.

I am not accepting participants for this campaign. Everything is done on the yobit website, just follow the instructions above. I will however be able to ban anyone I feel is spamming, anyone with justified negative trust, or anyone breaking any of the forums rules as far as campaigns go.

Basically I am a quality checker. Yobit is still maintaining payments and all that via the website. If anyone has any questions feel free to pm me or post them in here.

To all you spam busters, I welcome pms from you if you want to discuss me removing a user you feel is spamming. I will do my best to keep this campaign as spam free as possible.

We'll see, @ yahoo62278 is quite cunning in terms of detecting spam, I'm sure @ yahoo62278 can consider the direction of his current campaign.

But, of course with 20 posts per day, not limited to anywhere in the entire Forum, I'm sure many participants per day are kicked out.

It looks as if they are even getting their publicity threads stared in Meta, so it is already leading to spam. Smiley

I see yahoo62278 took over job of a quality checker for YoBit, but given the fact that there are no limited number of users, and each of them can post up to 20 posts per day, we're probably talking about a few thousand posts that should be checked every week.

I do not underestimate anyone, but considering that he is manage few others sig campaigns, it will be very hard to keep all participants under control.

This signature campaign is once again crying out for spam if Yobit really pays 20 posts per day at a - in my opinion - pretty good rate. What are your thoughts?

I don't like yobit, but yobit was my first sig campaign and I wasn't a spammer, at least that's what I think and there were a lot of people who weren't spammer when I was participating in the yobit sig campaign. The point I want to reach is the following:

We can't make assumptions, we need to see first if they will actually spam and then based on proof we can complain about the yobit sig campaign.

I don't think it is a matter if they have good manager to check post and only pay for eligible posts. Good posts can be everywhere in the forum, and if they (people behind campaigns) think posts (good ones) in such boards make sense, they can pay for it.

Unfortunately, we all know Yobit (from its three latest round of signature campaign) has been run without managers. It is a truly big matter.

At least, there are already a number of topics in this Forum that discuss complaints about Yobit, spamer, until someone wants to give a red tag to Yobit sig participants, but it's over.

1. Topic: Yobit spam on the forum
2. Topic: {Facts} Disadvantage of promoting signature campaigns that encourages spamming.

Why this happened "Yobit Spamer campaign".for me it was the mistake of the yobit campaign manager, arguing that the campaign did not consider the quality of participant posts, what was important was that the posts remained paid, did not consider which areas could be posted and which could not. free anywhere the post is still counted.

Hi!

I just saw the following announcement at yobit.net:

Source: https://yobit.net/en/signature/details/

This signature campaign is once again crying out for spam if Yobit really pays 20 posts per day at a - in my opinion - pretty good rate. What are your thoughts?

-> I hope this topic fits here in Meta, will move it of course if not.
