Don't eat ginger, red dates, etc. after noon, as these can make you sleepy!

Dad of 3 youngins here. I personally do calisthenics and yoga for the following reasons:

1.Convenience- With calisthenics and yoga, you don’t need a lot of equipment. Also, Doesn’t get much better than exercising outside on a nice day.

2.Set an example- I think it’s important that kids see their parents staying active. Lots of times my kids will join me!

3.Challenging but fun- Progressions are endless when it comes to body weight movements in both calisthenics and yoga. I also just find them to be a lot of fun.

how many people like to do yoga for fitness in daily life and share your experiences here for other about benefits . i am seriously like to yoga in morning time when i am wake up i go for running and do some yoga for internal strength .     

Yoga is fun, there are a lot of different moves that stretch all body parts, and it is not as easy at it looks. Only problem is that I can't convince myself to do it on my own, doing it in a class with others is so much more fun. I can't wait until after the pandemic everything will be open again and we can go back our fitness classes. I believe that every sport we are doing is good for our body, some people like running, others prefer to swim. Same goes with yoga, it can make a big difference for us if we are willing to learn it and keep doing it on a regular basis.

I have been practicing for a while, and I think exercise is definitely better than no exercise. Yoga is a good choice for both body and mind.

In the past few years of yoga teaching, I have become more aware that my most focused moment is the 60 minutes in class. I want to do my best to apply the key points of asanas that I know, learn, and understand in a way that they understand. To break down the teaching, when meeting members who are willing to stabilize and practice, the class will be more strict and more passionate. Seeing them swinging around in the warrior's three poses at first, when I found the body consciousness to be stable and free for 2 minutes, I felt extremely proud and contented in my heart.

I do not do yoga, but sometimes, I use meditations, especially if I want to enjoy a personal moment.

Yoga is good to practice for your body to stay calm, stay positive, and have balance for your life. But I think you need an instructor who will guide you so you are not in the wrong way. But besides doing yoga, maybe the best thing that you can do is just pray to GOD, in every situation and conditions, to stay calm and feel close to GOD.

I think he means that if we chat with friends, we will remain happy. A lot of people feel depressed if they are alone. Talking with friends and sharing your issues with friends helps to feel you relaxed. This could be a good tip especially in these days when people are stuck at home due to covid and people do not prefer to meet each other.

Sometimes I'm planning of having this but when i check about the expenses? damn the Yoga instructor ask for too much and i cannot afford this just for a workout and fitness.

I would rather Have a  zumba lesson than this expensive Yoga lol.

Instead of taking expensive Yoga classes, you can just do some simple exercise like take a walk in the morning etc and drink a lot of water. If you can't afford yoga, running early in morning in a park is a best alternative to remain fresh for the whole day. Another option is to look for free yoga classes online and get to know more about yoga exercises.

havent tried yoga but for my view ill go over on fitness, its healthy for body


I have started few months ago and really helpful. It does help your body and mind to relax and also when done in morning has more benefits as stated by many fitness trainer. It helps your body to remains fit, brings positivity and also you get energized somehow after the Yoga workout.
