Apart from me, several other people who have been practicing yoga seem to have taken preservatives!

Each of them is tall and straight, with superior temperament, and the skin is transparent and delicate enough to explode. Even if there are wrinkles, they will not look old. It is completely different from a few injections of hyaluronic acid on the face and being a hot Maggie.

In my first year of practicing yoga, my body benefited a lot. Many injuries and illnesses were relieved, but my postures did not improve much.

I kept practicing for at least one hour every day

Yoga is not only a superficial posture, it is also a philosophy and attitude towards life. My teachers are all super simple and kind people, their mentality in their 50s is like their 20s.

I have never lost a pound through yoga! Yoga can help overweight people find their own weight basis, but whether they can become a Victoria's Secret model depends on their genes.

I don’t do yoga, I’m not very flexible to say the least haha. I think people enjoy yoga for the mental health benefits just as much as the physical advantages. It’s not for me but I can appreciate why it’s so popular.

Yoga in the modern world is perceived by most people as some kind of fitness. But this was not the case initially. Yoga is a clear mind and complete control of your life. Living in yoga means living with a clear mind, being aware of everything. There are also many practices that allow you to come to yourself (to come to this state of mind, so that the mind works for you, not you for it). These practices are also called yoga. And once again - yoga is not physical exercises, but work with our consciousness and energies that we control, if we know how to do it.

But in any case, even if you don't know this, then just physical exercise is also never superfluous Smiley

Of course I also think that everyone needs to exercise to keep their body healthy. I think everyone needs to exercise. I think everyone needs to do yoga. Everyone needs to exercise.

Yoga is a great way to stay in shape, even weight lifters use yoga to work on their body. One problem with most exercise is that it only works on one part of your body, while yoga exercises every part. It is great to stay flexible, especially now during the lockdown.

I have practiced yoga regularly every day for nearly two months. At the end of a month, I weighed down and found that I lost 12 pounds compared to before. Although I didn't think about losing weight when practicing yoga, regular practice really made my body more balanced.

At present, there is not much evidence that practicing yoga can lose weight and shape. There is a self-blaming joke in the yoga circle, which is that a fat man who wants to practice yoga to lose weight will eventually become a soft fat man. But it can be said with certainty that practicing yoga can enhance physical coordination and balance.

Yoga  for fitness , Workout fads come and go, but virtually no other exercise program is as enduring as yoga. It's been around for more than 5,000 years. Yoga does more than burn calories and tone muscles. It's a total mind-body workout that combines strengthening and stretching poses with deep breathing and meditation or relaxation.

I have never tried to do yoga but I thought it was more a practice for meditation and not that it could replace or assist fitness, I will read more on the subject

Have being doing this for a while now and just going well by far. Feeling a bit relaxed and stress has also been now more in control. Had some back pain and slowly that is also getting better so overall it is a good form of exercise.

Yoga is very helpful to calm the mind and maintain body elasticity for women or men. I do yoga 3 times a week for 3 hours in the morning to keep my body good even though I am a housewife.
