Wait for a clear breakout to confirm a good entry on short term.

Today. The answer is always today.
Everyone who has ever bought and held bitcoin for any appreciable time has profited. Even those who bought in at 2013 all time highs have profited. At least those smart enough to keep their coins in their own wallets who didn't get goxxed, binfinexed, etc.
Dollar cost average in thirds if you must, if you're nervous about short term fluctuations. Doesn't really matter long term.
I know so many who never bought in because they thought $300 was too much. Then $600. Then $1000, no way it can go higher than $1200. They could have quintupled, tripled, doubled, grown their investments already if only they had bought in TODAY.
This isn't a game though. It's the future.
Don't spend more than you can afford to lose.
HODL! Don't trade. Use cold storage. The usual advice...

Soon. It will come. Give it a few more weeks. Looks like both alts or bitcoin will dip a bit this weekend. Only difference is that alts are in a bubble and BTC isnt. Just ask yourself this question: would you buy a altcoin dip ATM? No? Then alts are in a bubble with weak support. Charts are confirming this. Alts are just a casinogame rightnow, nothing to do with inovation. BTC is a lot more secure and has a lot more support. Anyway a crypto dip is very likely this weekend guys. -10% is quite normall on most crypto's. Lets see which bubble will pop first. Alts are ready for slaughter. One little push will do its job. Next time it's rising that fast, start expecting a little mini-crash or two. If we don't get them it's actually a bad thing. Tell yourself you don't know exactly when it's going to happen, but you're sure that it will at some point. Remember that trying to time the movements with buys and sells is too risky. Also remember that someday it will go higher. Forget the ups and downs.

Oh I am just playing but trying to help, really. Bitcoin is so volatile I could not stomach trading, I simply buy and hold and repeat. Going long real long and this keeps from getting too stressed about the fluctuations. Never get too excited with the highs nor too upset with the lows, as long as we are slowly pointing up and to the right on that graph long term money will be made! Cheers!

Man you are stressing me out! Perhaps crypto is not your thing. It's all good, just hodl and deep breath! This is nothing new for BC and others have stated the insane rise was a bit bloated not a lot of big news. Slow and steady growth is best. Besides with a dip consider it a buying opportunity, they are back on sale... a bit!
