I don't agree like others, the statement is not completely true. One can win in gambling be it a dice or poker or other games. Most important is self-control and little bit practice with luck. Also if you are gambling online, one must ensure the website is genuine. I did encounter many websites which used to let me win 3-4 times, but then it went terribly. And for few games, house-edge checking is a must before playing.

I agree that you cannot win if you can't control yourself and don't have discipline but at the contrary, I think what is important is you have luck on your side. But this will be difficult to do especially if we still want to chase the money from another game. We can win money in gambling if we have luck. But gambling itself versus us or versus you, I think yes we can never win. Try to compute/total the money you put in gambling then compute the money you got in winning. For sure the money you put is greater than the money you got. It will be wiser if we just save our money than putting it to gambling.
The second question is that how many people have actually been able to control themselves over time, without having to blow away all their winnings at the end of the day which is what most lucky people who have inflicted themselves with gambling addiction always end up doing.

The chances of winning in a lottery is very low. The more numbers you need to pick means lower chance of winning. In sports betting you have higher chance of winning, there's even odds that can help you pick which team to place your bet and which one has a higher chance of winning. I would rather place a bet on sports betting than lottery.

How is that being a formal player? luck isn't associated by being a formal player, a veteran or so. Luck comes in unexpected times so that's a mystery that will never be solved by anyone on when it really comes. I reckon with that part whne you don't have a self discipline you're likely to stumble whenever you gamble. But to mention, OP has learned that you can win in gambling. What he said before is the result of his frustration and losses.

Winning in gambling is pure luck and certainly not everyone can have luck at the same time, and when you manage to get lucky and you really value that luck, you will know better not to chase more like you said, and then know the need to stop and utilize your winning for things that would be beneficial to you in the long run. I never heard that a gambler has won a lot of money and is very happy today. When a person come out of casino and ask him what happened, he would say I lost this and that money. All the money is taken by the casinos owners. Gamblers get nothing. They just waste their time and time. When they lose they think about their money all the time.

for newbie in gambling its realy hard to chance to win. sometimes lucky. sometimes not. all games or lottering have a pattern if you always play just limit your self in a few days you didnt recognize first the pattern but if play a month or year you will understand the pattern. and you will change to win 85%

If he is gambling for fun and he lose his money then he do not really care about the amount that he has just lost. In other words, he will only spend the amount that he can afford to lose and he will stop after that with no intention to come back to recover the previous loses. If he is coming back then it will be a new gamble as he has forgotten the previous lose. That's what is called by gambling for fun for me.
