I read this news yesterday. The Muslim guy confronted the 'pork-eating' Polish man in racist way, he even assaulted the woman who took video of the ongoing tirade. He is heard calling the Polish-sounding man a “pig” and a “son of a bitch”. The woman was verbally assaulted too but i won't post her statement. I know he is a muslim but lets not judge their Religion. Maybe this guys is having a bad day or a bad experience. But necessary penalty should be applied to this guy.
It shouldn't be generalized to all muslims, as I do feel like those who consider themselves more modern would not treat the women in their community this way regardless of how others may interpret certain verses. So sad, really.

In the philippines is PORK BARREL eating the money of government officials from the government funds. It is like stealing the money from the government. Bad to see that people most likely like this in the government. People have no trust in here. This is something that has to be fully looked down upon by the Muslim community or it's something that is just going to continue to thrive, I've seen many religions come out against doing these types of things to women and I personally haven't seen anyone high up from the Muslim religious community come out against this.

I concur, this is sad. And I won't be an apologist, conservative interpretations of the "chastisement" verse actually do believe it's okay to hit a female. But, modern Islamic interpretations don't still abide by this. Like Christianity or Judaism, there are many different sects with variations on the original theme. But this shit is disgusting. He needs to get his ass kicked around a bit. He has forgotten his father's face.

This is the case when a person does not eat pork, and behaves worse than a pig. I have such force was sent to work on a pig farm. Until then, until it becomes nice and polite.
