Bitcoin is certainly a very promising coin, but blindly follow it, too, is not worth it. It is necessary to know the measure in everything. Invest only what you are not afraid to lose. But about the fact that the cryptocurrency will die, I do not agree with you. And you could really just walk out of here if you don't believe in it and don't need write any negative texts.

This quite really apply to early adopters and backer especially people that so low and also people that bought at different lows . Many of them took the risk with one mind  and today it paid off for them just because they believed in one less coin that many who neglected the opportunity.

for someone who claims he doesn't "believe in bitcoin" you surely talk about it a lot and spend a lot of your time with it. it is like you saying you don't believe in god but still go to church every day and pray!

you my friend is  what they call a hypocrite

On point. Too straight. That might hurt him. Easy. Grin

And he posted it on bitcoontalk. That could sure work bashing something that made you broke.

How much did you buy at 20k USD line?
You are not alone but they dont go this far just so they could get a little attention.

Respect others for what they believe in then maybe that will help you move on. Grin

Well, it's a novel way to bash on BTC, I'll give you that. I mean this in the least hostile way, but if you really don't believe in BTC or any crypto then why spend time in a bitcoin/crypto forum? I am truly curious as to the answer. I personally find it hard to believe that the so called haters are all here out of the kindness of their hearts to try and warn people off losing their funds.

Those haters spending their time on the forum hating bitcoin and crypto
are only self-serving so they can affect the market in some way for their
own good, the actually LOVE crypto........thats why they are here.

Hope you don't mind.

While we are at it, it is one "fewer" God, a lesser God means an inferior God.

it actually makes a huge difference for your daily life weather you dont belive in a god or not.

You know, the one that atheists use:

"I Just Believe in One Less God Than You Do"

I suddenly realised, it applies to crypto-currencies.

So, for all you btc fan boys that keep slagging of all other cryptos and have a go at me for mocking btc just remember.

"I just believe in one less shit-coin then you do"

Of course, time will prove me right with btc, if you're stupid enough to believe in religion too then you'll probably never work that one out.

'Religion is the opium of the masses' by Karl Max is appropriate response to your comment and we can turn it on its head as 'bitcoin was the opium of the masses in 2017.'

I just remember that Bitcoin was created to overcome the banking system. I think governments are afraid of bitcoin, since it does not have centralized control

I am, I know someone that does nothing else than go on about btc all day, he doesn't have a lot of money but he believes one day he'll be a millionaire so he doesn't work.

I know of others who are similar, the sooner all crypto dies the better.

So would you say the same about trading stocks, real estate or any market trading?

A true investor or trader does not put all eggs in 1 basket and so that can be applied to BTC aswell. You have more sucessfull and less successfull investors.
I am not sure if you are trying to mock the blockchain technology as whole because you don't beleve in that or if you are just mocking people who are trying to make some money  Huh

Bitcoin or any other crypto at the moment is not perfect and will probably be replaced by another more sucessfull one at some point but to just say that crypto is bullshit is ignorant thing do.
You can't ignore something that exists. I don't like bank manipulations and many other things but I deal with it. if you don't like it move on.

Of course, time will prove me right with btc, if you're stupid enough to believe in religion too then you'll probably never work that one out.

I have no problem if a person does not like bitcoin or believes it is going to crash since they are free to think whatever they want but we are free as well and if we think that bitcoin is going to become successful then the only way to know who was right will be to let time tell us who was right, maybe you are right about it but most of us here are adults already and we understand very well the consequences if we are wrong in our predictions.

I believe the risk of losing the small amount of money that I invested is worth the opportunity of seeing my small investment grow, however I will accept my mistake if things don't turn out as I expect, but will you accept your mistake if you are the one that is shown to be wrong?

Religion is set of belief system strongly based on the principles ,as regards the common line ,I believe ,used in crypto basically is a speculation for the  prices  of the coin/coins which  can be prediction about the future prices but not reality. So it should not be inferred as otherwise.

I believe that bitcoin is valuable, and this trust is present after I believe that God is good. With healthy thinking, God provides a way to learn about crypto. Trust in God will not fade, but trust in bitcoin will ebb and flow when there are various kinds of assumptions that cause panic.

It appears you both simply take opposite opinions, one overly optimistic and the other overly pessimistic.
I prefer to be realistic, while considering the pros and cons of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, as I always take a holistic view of the market. Indeed I'm deep into some altcoins more so than BTC.

There is not perfect market, or perfect commodity.

Well why not spend your time and energy trying to convince him to do different with his money instead of using it here? I know you may feel as if it is your moral responsibility but all of us are grown adults and we are capable of making our own decisions. At the same time we are responsible for dealing with the consequences of those decisions. If crypto does die (as per your wishes) then we are the ones that have to continue to live and enjoy our lives following that.

Two different stories, but the fact the in crypto that we should only follow Bitcoin since all other coins depends on Bitcoin.
