These days people doesn't want to risk. That is the main reason why majority look for a government job soon after the graduation. There are young people who are much interested into having their own business, but the family won't be wealthy to support and start a business. If an young person needs to start, he need to start from the scratch. When he slowly establish things, someone with good financial backing will open similar business near his region and eat away the profit. I personally feel young generation need to be motivated and the governments need to help with different programs to make them stand independent.
