In a technology of less than 10 years, which solely rely on internet and money. The risk to take up the space was left in fewer individuals that believe they afford to lose some money. Later some people did that to compete with people from other technology. I believe younger people are still more in the space, it just need to increase.

Ofcourse, because these young individuals have no fear in and it's not afraid in trying. They experienced less downfall and more on success, because they are stronger than we expected.
but most young people prefer to have fun rather than think about their future and still depend on parents. not all young people will work here, because people's success is different.

It is true that the vast majority of the users are from the 15-29 age group. At the same time, this age group is not very powerful. Actually it is the 30-44 and 45-59 age-groups that hold a lot of power. So we need to target those groups.

We know that younger people these days are used to everything being faster and more efficient, because they have been exposed to technological innovation from their birth.

The younger people entered this world at a much faster pace than the older generation and they are being bombarded with choices like no generation before them. They are also used to instant gratification, because technology has enabled a world where things happens almost instantaneously.

Bitcoin is just another technology where things are done more efficiently and much faster than the traditional options available and the younger generation are drawn to these technologies, like a moth to a flame.

Bitcoin should be applied to all services where there are a need for more speed and efficiency, to draw in the younger generation that are constantly searching for that.

Do you agree? Let's discuss this and see if we can target the correct demographic with this technology.  Cool
I agree with the opinion that young people are faster and efficient in exploring technology these days, it would be very beneficial for them if only they seriously in crypto world. But, I think bitcoin isn't that fast and efficient as you said. If only the younger generation and bitcoin collaborate effectively, I'm sure bitcoin will be soon be accepted in the world.

Just a small correction. Young people or old people will not drive adoption of Bitcoin what other cryptocurrencies. Adoption rate has nothing to do with speculation rate. We all keep hearing and keep learning that the technology is not yet ready for real world use cases. Transaction speed and transaction per second and privacy of transactions and the transaction fees and so many more challenges are yet to be solved. When the challenges are solved adoption will automatically increase and that will be the real adoption of Bitcoin and other crypto projects. Till then it is all speculation and young people will drive the speculation rate more than the old people because of their over-optimism. But you should never forget that if Bitcoin has the potential to disrupt the US dollar, something else me have a potential to disrupt Bitcoin in near future. Will it be Bitcoin cash? Will it be other dag based crypto projects like iota or c o t i? Or something new all together! No one knows yet and hence we don't know if the world is in need of Bitcoin or iota or c o t i. Time will tell! And until that happens you and me are just speculating. We are not driving adoption at all! Since we don't know what do we wish to adopt. Do we need to pay for 4 hour Starbucks coffee with Bitcoin or Bitcoin cash or iota or a cryptocurrency created by government or something else altogether ?
Did the time we find an answer to the above question, All We Do is speculate. Just wanted to clarify that part in your post

I think the younger generation are definitely the fuel that fire the crypto revolution,  but don't dispense with the old folks! My 75 year old Grandma has a mining rig  Wink
it proves that young people are full of enthusiasm, very open to new things such as blockchain technology and take advantage of the opportunities available for profit, but from your case it also proves that the target of crypto is not only young people, even old people also..
Young people are more advanced in terms of technology, they are more curious, inquisitive and active. However, it's not all about that, it needs willingness and be visionary to just be able to drive Bitcoin adoption. It takes awarenesses and passion in it, so I believe that not only young people are capable of doing so, or that can have a big influence in its increasing demand but also the older generation. It all depends on how these people, young or old, to take a look the full advantage of the opportunities Bitcoin has offered and how well they manage it responsibly.

Old people don't like changes. Put yourself in their place. They didn't have to use a computer for half of their lives and then all some of them used it for was sending emails and checking weather forecasts and news. Now you want them to pay by scanning qr codes with their phones and downloading android applications? It's normal that they aren't eager to learn these things. They don't want to be bothered anymore.

I stand with Ukraine.
Well, it's pretty obvious that young people are the ones who pick up new things most quickly, while old people tend to be very conservative. As people age, they tend to get scared of learning for some reason....

You touched on something that I left out, because older people have preconceived ideas on things that they have learned from previous experience, they will be hesitant to learn new things.
~

Older people have to change their attitude if they want to survive in the upcoming times. Many professions will be abandoned because the machines equipped with the new technologies will be doing the job much better than humans ever could. This is the case of not only manual labor sector, but also of some white-collar professions related to analytics, teaching and bureaucratic administration, to name a few. At the same time new jobs will be created, but to do them one would need understanding of new technologies. It's not that it's bad to be an older person though. Older people have more knowledge and more experience, and with some effort they can do even better than the the young ones in the field of familiarization with the new technologies, they just shouldn't be lazy to do that.

Nice, your grandma knows how to secure the future of her family. you’ll get more for sure in the future. Smiley

Older generation might not drive this market much but we are here to guide the new generation so they will know the real meaning of bitcoin. A lot of new comers but still most of them are here to make easy money which should not be the reason to come here, older generation still playing the best role in this market. Remember that billionaires are already in the middle of 40s - 60s, they can still influence the market.

That is the difference from from the young people and the old people. Most of the young people these days want to earn Bitcoin but don't know how will they do mostly since they are not that person that have their own job that can support what they want to do. Old people can do and buy what they want the reason they can support their investment on crypto currencies especially Bitcoin.

This is personal
I think that younger people are more open to new technologies, they have more time to learn and understand about new stuff. Despite of that, there are many older people, which are using Bitcoin right now, and I think that Bitcoin have more useful cases for people with larger sums of money. Younger people usually have less money than older people, so there is no major adoption without older generations.

The younger generation will likely welcome any kinds of technology that will benefit them. Most of them have been using internet to access social media and other form of communications not only to find friends but to seek for new ways in generating income. They easily adopted cryptocurrencies because it doesn't need any government intervention and it they are most fond of anything that is digital or virtual. The present younger generation seems to be more willing to accept the risks of working with a relatively young market rather than in other market like stocks.

This is the status quo of the world, yes. The stock market and the real estate market have lost their original luster, and the wealth that millennials have earned through hard work is scarce. Capitalists have achieved a monopoly. When cryptocurrency emerged, it changed all of this, and the new mutual understanding network would once again change human civilization.
One reason why I believe that as time goes on and we start seeing more and more improvement in technology, a lot of the older factions will be left out and as they keep paving way based on mortality, the newer generations will be the ones taking the bull by the horn. It is a simple process, they had their time and they have used it, this is the digital jet age, and practically, the idea of assimilating and understanding quickly what is going on around is something easy for the younger generations to absorb pretty fast than the older generation, and that is if the latter will ever absorb at all. So, in a way, I believe when it comes to bitcoin adoption, the younger generation will most definitely take it to the next level.
More than an ease, young people are more affiliated with internet and understand better what are advantages we can get through it. Against them, elder people mostly avoid internet things.

It took years of nagging before my mum could change from her old Java keypad phone to smartphone. Older people love their traditional way of life because that's what they used during their golden age. There is no doubt that youngsters hold the key to driving the current blockchain technology higher. However, I still feel the older generation can also be involved and targeted for the use of this technology. No one should be left out except he or she decided to. And we might be surprise how bitcoin adoption can spread faster among the elderly if the proper and adequate approach is used.

Targeting the right demographic depends on how functional a particular blockchain project is to them. It's true that millenials are the driving force behind most projects and most projects were also designed for them,  still adoption won't be adoption if every age demographic does not find some applicability of blockchain. I recently read about a project - HiNounou,  they're primarily designed for seniors.  They provide opportunities for wellness,  healthy living,  insurance and so many others.  I think they are one project pushing blockchain towards an age demographic that has more or less been abandoned by recent developers.
