One of the moderators can tell you why , but guess there are only 2 reasons spamming or plagiarism !

The next thing is you only should post in Meta with your Account about your ban ! And you have post in other sections with this account !

Dosnt look good for you and guess your account get banned again !

Not that suchmoon didn't give you a most excellent answer already, but... the usual way I find plagiarism is by entering a "statistically improbable phrase" from a post into a google search limited to just this site. E.g. -

"plagiarism that does it by someone" site:bitcointalk.org

If more than one result is returned then I click on a few at random to confirm plagiarism and report the original post (as well as some of the search result hits, depending on how old they are).

It depends - some got exposed to radiation, some were experimented on by the government, some got bit by venomous wildlife, and I assume some may just be pretending.

You can try writing to the e-mail address shown in your ban alert but your chances are roughly 0. And you're evading your ban so you're clearly not interested in following the rules.

It won't be removed. Plagiarism gets a permaban.

Unless you are successful in appealing it using the email advising of the ban - you as a person are banned. (Not just the account)
