I invested in Utrust when they launched ICO and  sold all the tokens i bought. Now i just hold the token that got from the Utrust bounty campaign and intend to invest long-term hoping the price returns to touch 1$

Are you saying you would have gave up if harmony failed to bring in the 5x profit? many people in the world only want something good everytime, they want to play it so safe and too scared of losing where as that my friend is not reality, you need to keep the persistence spirit alive

since investing in ICO is no longer much in demand, I also think again to invest in it. and during 2018 until now only made a small investment with altcoin in the market that has a pretty good trust

I have not invested in ICO coins in 2018 until now. my only investment is in BNB and several other crypto such as ETH, XRP, STR, etc. because I'm investing for the long term. I doubt if the 2018 ICO can last long in the future. so that I am not interested in investing there. but it might change if it's already listed in the market and has fast growth, like LINK, MATIC. so I keep investing in old altcoin.

My best investment in 2018 was EOS, I was very much crypto noob back in 2018 and I invested in EOS just because it's rank on CoinmarketCap was good and I was thinking it could give me good returns without knowing anything about the project, coin background etc and right after buying EOS it's price dropped and I was left with no choice except to hold it and then the test of my patience started, so stressful it was for me but it taught me so many priceless experiences of cryptocurrency trading because I used to spent whole days watching candles and movements of prices and finally I got return. The EOS I bought for $2 in 2018 sold for $7.5 in 2019
But I think more than the return, I gained the experience of trading which is of much more worth than the return..

Some tips I would like to share.
1. Before buying any coin/token, Always know that cryptocurrency and just don't buy it because of it's rank like what i did.
2. The current news about the crypto like whether it's going to list on new reputable exchange or delist from existing reputable exchange.
3. Don't wait for the huge profits, If your coin/token comes in profit soon don't wait for the further returns because prices don't remain static due of speculations so they don't remain stable for long time, Pump and dump is what most of the traders do..

Probably bitcoin itself? I mean I was here back when bitcoin was around 100 bucks, I don't think I profited from anything like I profited from bitcoin. Yes, I didn't go all-in for bitcoin and sold at 20k and suddenly became millionaire, but I probably made around 10k or so "profit" let alone the earnings I had.

However, if we are talking about just altcoins I think clam is the one I made the most amount of profit, I don't have any now and it is basically a dead one but at one point just-dice turned from bitcoin to clam and I bought a bunch so I can gamble there but then everyone else did the same and in 6 months I made like a 500% return or something (I really can't remember but it was a big increase at the time), unfortunately it was a big profit in percentage terms but not in dollar terms.

IEO has always been positively appreciated by investors and some big exchanges like Binance, Kucoin, Gate often bring a lot of great profits to investors. In fact, in order to participate in the IEO projects proposed by this exchange, you need to follow the rules of exchange and rely heavily on luck. Over the past 5 months IEO has been an investment that you should consider more because the opportunity to earn double profits will become easier.

You're lucky for investing in a good project, are you still holding CH tokens?

As for me I didnt invest in ICO or IEO because I dont see any worthy projects to invest with, I stick to the coins im holding in my crypto portfolio and somehow I made profit especially with btc when the price soar high this year.

I have not made any investment in the ICO or even in the IEO market for the past few years. And I think I will never ever get into that market again for investment. Not unless there will be another project that is a giant even before it launches its own coin. My best investment in crypto since 2018 are the top coins that I am still hodling until now. They are not yet bearing big gains but they will in the future.

Maybe the loss will be more than 85%, because the market situation is indeed very unsupportive and many fraud projects are extorting investor money. All altcoin seemed to be junk or coins that no longer have value. We hope this situation will improve and altcoin reaches a reasonable price.

I can't remember what was my good investment from June 2028 to now! Because I saw many good projects become trash gradually where I invested! They are live on exchanges but the price is 100% down! I am sick of investing in new projects, it's better to buy Ethereum, Bitcoin, Binance Coin, Tron, Ripple, and others and do trade or do hold! Investing in ICO means willingly accepting huge loss, better invest in IEO!

I have no good results from the coins i invested in since 2018, most of them are new projects and they are disappointing till date, even the one that looks so better to me have problem with token sale presently, the fear of dumpers have take over every new projects mind

I do not know because investing in 2018 I think many have failed and suffered losses, but in 2019 I really found the best investment to date, I followed some IEO in Binance let's say Harmony and Kava gave big profits to the participants and it is proof that the best investment is still in IEO, but in my opinion many ICOs don't trust now.

Wow! that was great for you, I gave up investing because of so much scam projects, but some months ago, I gave it a try again and invested in TOKO, it was indeed a remarkable one. Was happy I pushed myself to investing in the tokoin  project. The project's reward was huge, it did a very high return of investment.

It is quite good to take huge profit from the single investment, the best times were the Bullrun days in early 2018. The January month was the pick of profit curve in my trading account statement and I liquidated the bug portion of the portfolio. In those days, almost all altcoins jumped from the dip points of their charts but some people became greedy and decided to continue HODLing.

After several defeats my investment in ico ended in the spring of 2018 but bitcoin and ethereum continued to delight because I fix profit on time.

Goof for you and the ones who bought that coin, really is a good investment. I haven't been engaging in alts lately as I have a hard time picking on where to invest. So I put most of my time on my business and bought Bitcoin instead. My alts that I have bought since 20178-2018 are still on most exchanges and never had open them, they were top notch coins like ADA. I will look for promising projects later if I had the time.

Counting house, I remembered vividly, was first listed on forkdelta before moving it other exchanges; you are right that's one of the best projects then and just like you am yet to see a project like that too. Also, apart from CHT I think my best should be Bitcoin but if you are talking in term of ICOs CHT was the best. There is another that tried but don't know where it is now, should be Shivom.

Since people / investors began to get stuck on scam projects, I began to be lazy to analyze and even started to ignore new projects, on average that year was just bullshit. and now it's gone in my opinion. Try to see, investing in 2018 I bought a BNB coin and sold it in the middle / beginning of the pump around the beginning of this year. good news for those who bought Bitcoin at the beginning of the new year, and sold it yesterday at a rate of $ 9500, truly it was a real profit.

So far, I think my best investment will still remain as Bitcoin. So far, all the ICOs which I invested in are somewhat useless. I am super glad I sold them before they become more tragic than before. I sold them and put more into Bitcoin and few little ones in the top listed altcoins. Truly, it's the best discussion I have ever made.
