Like most of us here i tried to be a trader and sold to early, waiting to long to buy etc. etc.
Luckily that was years ago and now i can happily say I don't try to be a trader.

Buy, Hold, Moon, Cash out investment. Repeat.

Probably my biggest regret, I do not buy in bulk when the price is low. Well, I started selling bitcoins that I had when the price exceeded $ 700. Well, I should be more patient in this case.

I was doing business at some marketplace and opposing site offered btc payments, I've refused their offer back then. If I'd accept that offer I'd be living another life lol.

I knew about Bitcoin when it was $3 a piece. I regret I wasn't more motivated and knowledgeable to get more Bitcoin back then.

I loaned a friend some money a year ago. He offered to pay me back in bitcoin around March, I declined as I didn't really feel it was worth it so I took the cash.

I don't want to even think about the rest...

I'm now getting into it because of this friend.

selling at the wrong time, buying at the wrong time
I've always experienced that, all decisions that I make wasn't good. As far as I know, that's only a minor decision. Lesson that I've learned, think it carefully. But it doen'st mean you're a failure person. All of us could make a wrong decision then after that, we learned from that so we can't do the same. It's good to manage our regrets. For us, it was just an experienced.

My biggest regret is being lazy and not earning bitcoin seriously. Also spending my bitcoin uselessly instead of saving it.
Ah! Also not buying bitcoin while the price is low and investing it Sad
If i did that, i would already many bitcoin now... And big profit... Since the price is higher day by day.

Guess not buying Bitcoin earlier. I knew about Bitcoin in 2013 from a BBC program. I didn't pay too much attention because I thought it was some sort of hacking software. If I had bought then it would have worth a lot today.

I can understand your feelings.
I had similar experience to.
I heard about btc from a friend also around 2013 but didn't think it's serious thing.
I joined a year later when I heard how much he earned with bitcoin.
Other regret is that I spend some of my btc on some HYIP programs, which failed.
Now, when I see btc price, I really regret.

What are some of your biggest bitcoin regrets, and what were you thinking back then?

Besides "not getting in sooner"  Grin

Obligatory: BFL  Tongue

EDIT: Bitcoin "mistakes" go here =)

Actually the biggest regret I done is trading of bitcoin. I know that $1,750 is so high price compare ti the previous price so I sell my bitcoin then when I check i  another day the price it reack $2,500. I' m very disappointed for what I done. If I wait more days I can get more profit same with the others.

And when I start when bitcoin was discovered I think I'm rich now. As of now I started to know more about bitcoin to make more ways to earn a bitcoin.

I knew about bitcoin in 2010, but I was sure it would flop, so I didn't care. Also not keeping the ones I bought when the price was 400$.

And now I regret I gambled them away, several times..... Damn

I do regret because year 2011 i entered bitcoin but i did not invest on it. That is why i ask question to my self that why did not buy bitcoin that year now bitcoin are high.

Almost everyone of us who know the capabilities of bitcoin as a valued cryptocurrency regrets that we do not make any risk in investing or saving it.  In your case that you knew or using bitcoin as early as 2011 because i came to know bitcoin only on 2015.  All of us as of this time that bitcoin price is high regret the fact that we do not make use all its usefulness just like money.  Even those people who have huge amount of bitcoin uses it just to buy cards for games would not know and would not have any idea on how it will become so valuable just like gold and oil.  What we could do now is to do whatever we can to maximize its capabilities.

Selling 100,000 bitcoins for £400,000... And Holding a further 100,000 on Mtgox that were lost forever in the hack Sad

Obviously at the time £400k was a lot of money and I paid less than £30,000 for them about a year earlier.
That is a huge money loss and if you will sell it now then it will cost millions and that is the biggest regret that i can have and if i were i will just always think about it before sleeping at the night and i will always blame my self for losing that can of big opportunity.

The biggest regret is because I converted most of my bitcoin to fiat when the price was low compared to todays rate. If I just hold it for a bit longer, then I can get good profit from this price increases.

I think you are the victim of panic selling. I am sure even today many newbies are constantly monitoring their holdings and the rate of bitcoin and they sell it as soon as they find the rate is going down. However on the other hand, the experienced users go with buy orders when the price is going down because they know the potential of the bitcoin for the long term and they bear the short term price fluctuation. I used to be the same panic seller in first few months of my bitcoin user experience.
I think most of us has been victimized of panic selling because bitcoin price has pump to fast. I myself experience panic selling too , I almost sold all of my bitcoin @1100$  in bitcoins price. And now price has been doubled , I am regreting that I sold my bitcoin in a low price. Holding is a better choice now because I know bitcoin price will pump again.
