Ethereum(Eth) and Populous (PPT) is my choice. I am holding now Populous (PPT) coin, Soon they would lunch Dex and I hope after that This coin would hit a massive pump. ICON icx are the best in my opinion . will make everyone with a Lambo in 1-2years .
My favourite cryptocoins nano and waves.The price of these coins is now cheaper.But in the future will get more profit. I believe that the price of nano will rise to $25-$30 this year.
I think with ONT you will also be able to make good profits this year. I am also absolutely opimistic about ADA, wait and see where the journey goes :-)

Im still clinging to ethereum since they have a lots of potential to grow. This is my biggest bag on my portfolio. For other altcoin, I am holding rebl and pundi x since both of this tokens have great opportunity to grow more. Why?
Rebl is still a token under erc20 of ethereum but they are now working on releasing their own blockchain to support their staking which added a masternode to run a full business enterprise. Also they improve staking percentage of your holdings by double when they shift to their own blockchain.
Pundi X as well, its impossible you don't heard of them they are currently mainstream point of sale blockchain project. They are now deploying their product to some part of country to use this system and also their airdrop are really amazing. Just hold your token on your purse and you're eligible now for 7% drop. Unexpected announcement really put me to this decision to hold is their own blockchain as well. Kinda great right.

Obviously Bitcoin and Ethereum are always good coins to hold. Besides those i also hold some smaller coins like Dropil, Bittwatt and Kwatt because i think that they have a bigger chance to increase more in price

Well, I'm just holding with my eth and bitcoin now so technically this is my favorite coin and will hold on it until it reach the moon. So many good coins, I also hold some of it but I just set a target price on that and if that price hit, will sold it right away. I'm also looking at the Loyalcoin right now, and planning to buy more of this one let's see if it can survive. which coins do you take a fancy for here??
My priority coin today is Coinvest, I think he's a great prospect and the team is working very hard to develop the project.
my favourite coin : doge and stellar lumen. why? its have potential grow in the future, may be price is potentially twice or 3x or more in the end of 2018

For something as short term as December, i would highly recommend getting into masternode coins like LPC or LGS. The thing about masternode coins is that they are like hot potatoes. The trend is that these coins pump and dump and die. If you are going into some risky short term masternode coins then just make sure you are ready to accept losses and are able to sell before the shit hits the fan.
My favorite crypto Ripple because of the high profile supporters they have as well as their partnerships. I currently have 500 more Ripple and I will buy again, I think Ripple is definitely going to be one of the best Investments.
Ripple was already died in this year because everyone understand the ripple ethics so you should carefully move to some other potential platform your investment is safe. It is banking sector platform and centralised crypto so it is not a right choice for crypto industry and it is directly opposite to Bitcoin so it will not developed in future. I'll hold big blue chips BTC and ETH here and also have pockets full of some potentially cool tokens : Credits, WePower, PundiX, UseChain and may be Saifu (it's price is quite stable as I see)
If I would prefer to wait 'til the end of december, those potential coins that I got can be sold for btc and hold btc for the last days of the year. I could never wonder much bigger value other than bitcojn, because it's the only cryptocurrency holdings I wanted to hold this year.
