My favorite alcohol is gin. I like everytime I am making a mix on it through adding a chaser like coffee or softdrinks on it to make its taste better. And every time I am doing that, I feel like I'm a professional bartender that mixes multiple drinks.

Of course a good beer is worth a try, even though once in a lifetime, but the gin is a drink is even better than any spirits. I quite agree with your taste, though I'm not fond of beer at all. For me, the best Cabernet wine and vermouth.
