Cryptocurrency is risky, and while we are aware of the basic requirements that must be in place in order to profit significantly, not all of us are aware of an appropriate season to trade. Most professional traders prefer the bear season, which, in my opinion, is the best period to conduct critical study on crypto projects, uncover ethical road maps, and invest in them for a possible solid future. The bull season is most likely harvest time; we reap what we sow in the market. Which season is better for trading, the bull or the bear?
Trading is risky but with experience, you can always trade and make your trades valuable and successful. Regardless of the condition of the market, if you know when is the best entry and best exit when trading, you will never go wrong with your trades. Just learn to read the charts and analyze the market well. That way, even if the market is bearish, you will still find ways on how to make your trades profitable.
Yes, the more experience I feel a trader is wiser in making decisions,
knowledge and skills are also very much needed in trading which we get by learning,
besides that learning analysis is also important.

I never thought about it that way. It's when there is no rising or hype in the prices of any cryptocurrencies, that's the time when they prefer to have that research and see projects that are built to last. We will see how much they are going to last for those who claim that they can. I think the people who have started from the bear markets know what it's like and probably reaped rewards during the bull season. Don't you think so? This will make them even stronger, for sure.

My favorite season is the bull market, for sure. Almost anyone can profit, and that is going to be a hype. I hope that it will come to a time again the BTC will rise with an ATH again.

Agree with you because with our experience or from other people, we can try to trade in all conditions and this is where our skills are challenged so we can find coins to trade, especially if it is a bear situation where the price can go up and down or even go down even deeper, making us fail to get profits.

What's important is that we can analyze the market well and if the market conditions are still in the bear season, maybe we shouldn't expect big profits. By getting a small profit but we can trade repeatedly, it can provide an opportunity to get a big profit.

For the bull market season is definitely preferred over the bear market. When all prices are falling across the board it's hard to find good opportunities to invest in. In many cases it makes more sense to sell everything and switch into cash during a bear market. And once prices hit the bottom we can rebuy all our previous coins at a lower price. For long only investors like me, I don't really like the risk of short selling, a bull market offers so many more opportunities. But cycles can be quite long and always selling everything during a bear market can have risks by itself. When we are not invested we can always have the problem of missing out on short term price gains. That's why HODL investing is so attractive, you don't worry about the current season and only focus on the longterm trends. It's also a great way to reduce the time we need to spend on analysing and worrying about the market.

Trading during bear season seems more profitable for me, because this is the time where the market becomes more volatile so if you are a day trader, you probably appreciate every candles because its a pump and dump trend. Trading during bull market can also be profitable, perfect timing for your trades is the key. Trading requires analysis, don’t trade if you don’t know how to analyze regardless of the trend.
^ Probably because during the bear season, the market experiences a general price decline, and investor sentiment tends to be seeing a worse will happen. Professional traders who engage in critical study and research on various crypto projects can see this as an opportunity. With prices often lower, it may be an optimal time to uncover promising projects and invest in them for their long-term potential. Good roadmaps and fundamental analysis play a significant role during this period. By carefully analyzing the fundamentals, identifying projects with solid foundations, and investing wisely, one can position themselves for potential growth when the market eventually recovers. That is what probably they see during the bear market season.

People may think that the bear season is the best for trading but I think it is the right time to invest, not trade. And in my opinion, you can trade whenever you want and the important thing is that you can analyze when you can enter the market because your goal in trading is to find and make a profit.

So it will not depend on the season, whether bear or bull season. Maybe you mean when is the best time to invest so the bear season is the right time to start. But maybe people have different opinions because we have to determine it and not follow what people say.

And as long as you can analyze well, you can get coins to trade and make a profit. With that analysis, you can survive the bear season, which is difficult to analyze and predict.
Based on my experience, you can always trade whenever you want as long as the market condition favors your trade. And whether it’s bearish or bullish, if there are good signs to trade, then you can trade using your skills and strategies so you can easily succeed on your trades. However, if the market condition is not suitable to trade, even if you are a professional trader, you will still lose in the end. That’s why in trading, losses are still inevitable, especially if you trade based on your greed and selfish desires.

Bull season is favorable season to trade, it is good to trade when bull season begin because people are buying, most of the people panic buying during bull season while in bear season no one buying and the market is very slow moving that time, i dont know why but most of the trader earn huge profit during bull season.

Definitely bear season for me although, I don't do short-term trades so I don't lose that much when I am "trading". If you're really experienced and you are also a good trader, I think that the season won't matter to you, be it bull or bear, there's always a way to make money in trading. See Futures trading for reference.

Which season is better for trading, the bull or the bear?
Imho, a bull market is more favorable for trading crypto because it carries less risk of sudden collapses and that would be leading to price increases. It often feels easier for newbies to trade during a bull market since predicting the next moves or targets can seem not that hard. On the other hand, trading in a bear market can be a bit difficult, Most of crypto experience frequent fluctuations which making it difficult to accurately predict when prices will rise or fall. However, I believe that experienced traders have the potential to profit even in a bear market.

Most of the classification does not talk about seasons, but rather about cycles, and most of the cryptocurrency cycles are based mainly on the Bitcoin cycle, and many of them appear as a pump-and-dump model, where there is one peak and a lot of decline in the price.
The Bitcoin cycle is renewed every 4 years, changing during which the price breaks a new top and bottom, and therefore in each period during these four years there are periods for bears and bulls, and among them it determines whether trading within this cycle is a gain or a loss.

As an investor, you aim in the long term to catch up with the bottom of a cycle and wait for the top of the second cycle. As for a short-term investor, your targeting is for points of support and resistance within each cycle, and therefore it is always bull or the bear without the great meaning of this word.

Better to follow technical analysis indicators instead of these terms.

for short-term trading, I think it is suitable every season, but indeed for the long term I think the bearish season is the right time to buy coins. it's different with daily trading, where we look for opportunities to make a profit every day, where many opportunities are found on smaller time frames, if we look at the 1H time frame, you will see a lot of support and resistance formed, and that's where we can analyze it with various methods, for example using mastered indicators

The bullrun season, why did I choose this season because the potential to see the price of coins to be traded tends to be easier, I'm sure there will be many traders who come when the bullrun arrives this maybe for them is the right time to do it but it's back to us Free to define trades and not only need to be on a particular season if they are already professional.

How did it happen in 2021? It's a bullrun that's on the rise a lot of the profits that have been getting interesting is they can produce higher than the usual season, like doge that exploded high, ETH has reached its highest price in that time, and well the average coin becomes ATH because of events the bullrun happened.

Me personally in crypto prefers bull market. During a bull market, cryptocurrency prices tend to rise steadily or experience significant upward trends, allowing traders to benefit from price appreciation and potentially earn substantial profits. Another benefit of a bull market is the positive market attitude. More investors are attracted by positive mood, which increases trading volumes and starts a spiraling cycle of rising prices. A trading atmosphere that is lively and energizing may be produced by this positive psychology.

Is trading seasonal? That is, if I trade in a certain season, is there any guarantee that I will be able to profit? As far as I know there is no fixed season for trading. If you understand the market, it is possible to profit by trading at any time of the year. Maybe in the first six months of the year the price of bitcoin increased a lot but the price of bitcoin only decreased in the next six months so will we follow this trend in the next year. we will trade for the first six months of the next year and we will refrain from trading for the remaining six months?  The market is always changing.
As the market is now it may turn worse or better after a few days so why should we depend on the season for trading.

So anyway, I applied as a merit source :)
Which season is better for trading, the bull or the bear?
Your question is wrong mate, no season is better but both times have their own significance to trading.

Bear market - the prices are down and the trader's mindset is on the selling perspective even if at a loss. This is the time you buy at a discounted price.
Bull market - the prices are up and the trader's mindset is on the buying perspective. This is the time to sell at inflated prices.

What the market thinks is usually what you should move against. Then only you can profit. What whales do is they try to manipulate the market to move in one direction so they can move the opposite in the background.

Which season is better for trading, the bull or the bear?
Good traders trade every time and make money during the bear and the bull season. A good trader will not restrict themselves to trading only at a certain period or time, but will be able to make profit trading either during the bull season or the bear season. Trading is a skill that when you become very good at it, you will be able to make your analysis in any season and get it correctly. This should be the target of any new or not so professional trader. They need to be able to trade in any season and still make profit instead of onlt trading during a season.

Most professional traders aren't prefer to trade in bear market, but bear market doesn't stop them to trade and they can still able to beat it, while newbie traders are mostly lose during bear market. Bull market is the most preferred market for any traders because the possibility you will make money is really high. But many people get trapped in bull market because they sold their coins and make small profit, but the price keep rising and they keep waiting until the price drop, however it never drop.
I think that experience speaks for itself because trading in a bear market is certainly more risky and you need to be careful in making decisions,
for beginners they don't need to force and it's better to take lessons from the defeat,
just a little wrong in making a decision it will be a loss.
