Let me use this medium to rekindle our hope, beginners that are yet to achieve there goals here, I want you to know that your future here is in your own hands, make your time here count, discovering your purpose of being here and working tirelessly to achieving your goals

What aim or goal should someone gave for joining bitcointalk than to come here to engage on bitcoin discussion, i hope you're not making it sound as if their should be any other goal than the main purpose of discussing about bitcoin, though being a member of this forum or let me say an established one, you can have access to many other opportunities that may comes in with your stay here, but we should nevertheless forget that the primary reason for this community being created is on bitcoin discussion.

Wtf? It's just a public forum which you use to share your thoughts. It's not a workplace where you have to show these characteristics of yours.
"achieve your desired goals in this forum" so you have a goal of becoming a Legendary member, you don't have to make posts like these first. Focus on quality things.

Thanks for your advice, I will stick strictly to your advice, am a newbie yes, nobody is an iota of knowledge, we learn everyday, that's why we have people like you here to correct us, when we are going astray. I have learnt my lessons.

Oh, come on! It's pretty clear that you just copied these ideas from those cheesy motivational quotes about the ingredients for "success," and then tweaked them a bit to match your own story. It's bordering on plagiarism because you didn't originate the idea yourself, nor did you provide a source citation. I suggest you stop doing that.

Sinbad Mixer: Mix Your BTC Quickly
That's quite a lot to read to be honest, but I understand your point. I don't think you need to overthink it so much. Just focus on being active here and engaging in discussions related to Bitcoin and you'll likely do well.

What's truly important is to read the rules to avoid having your account banned or getting into trouble. Avoid discussing nonsensical topics and stay on stick with the topics and don't talk about any other stuffs not related. Also, remember to take it easy and relax. There's no need to exert an excessive amount of effort here, you could spend much time here if you're really free in real life only if you're aiming to quickly ranking up on this forum, but yes, that's essentially what I wanted to say.

Buddy, bitcointalk is a simple discussion forum where people talk about bitcoin and other crypto related stuff and you presented it like it's some sort of a job.

Just chill and don't take things too seriously.
I have been more comfortable taking this forum as a place to learn, not as a job. In this forum, everyone is free, and the freedom gives everyone a chance to learn and know more things. People who are newer than I am do not need to have a too serious work environment mentality when they are in this forum because having that kind of mentality will not help you to be free to be able to express yourself properly, but you will be trying to impress other people here by acting serious. It is important to be yourself whenever you are in the forum to contribute.

Although the forum has helped and is helping some people quite a lot to gain knowledge about Bitcoin and cryptocurrency generally, it's also helping some people to earn some money by comparing what they are being paid as salaries in their countries. I know it's not the same salary for all countries, but even for the countries where citizens are receiving high salaries, like up to $2k, $5k, or more, how is the inflation rate in your country? If it were so easy, with every citizen of those countries receiving a high salary, then there would probably be no need to even have a side hustle outside of their real job. but yet people are still concerned about side hustles, and members are also looking for signatures that pay higher than others. Last week, a user bought a new mobile phone, and she said it was from her signature payment and more things that people have archived.

@OP, despite saying all that, one piece of advice is that the forum is not an organisation, not a company to lay your future in it, but a forum that has its own way of rewarding members positive contributions, and probably that's also what's keeping the forum more active, so you must not cast all your hope in here; get a good life outside the forum, and while you are learning about crypto here and also growing in your rank and maybe joining a campaign some days, don't just think the forum can give you all you want. You still have to get something (a job, skill, or business) you are doing and earning from.

Depending on what you came here for specifically, some folks may merely be looking for confirmation or clarification on a bitcoin-related issue that they are having trouble understanding on their own. Once they get what they want, they leave and don't return until they need more assistance.

While this forum serves as a place for learning and discussion on topics related to bitcoin and cryptocurrencies, it is not as serious as you may think, mate. Nevertheless, dedication and determination will help us learn quickly and comprehend bitcoin with ease.

You're correct this forum isn't a career or education institution, but I think it's possible for someone especially live in third world country can change their life through signature campaign. There are many country still paying as low as $50 per month even though you're working overtime and under pressure.
But obviously it's funny to see this kind thread where it's not something that every user need to know.

Although the forum is a place for discussions and exchange of opinions, I don't know why many are so hypocritical and pretend that the financial profit they make with the help of this forum is not important to them. If that possibility were to be canceled for some reason, how long would the forum survive in the sense that maybe 10% of the current members would remain active?

We have to accept that the forum is much more than an ordinary forum and that some members experience it in a completely different way. This does not always have to be a bad thing, because only those who show a real desire to learn something and be part of the community will eventually get the opportunity to be rewarded by participating in signature campaigns along with acquiring knowledge and passing it on to others.

Yes I agree that bitcointalk is a discussion forum in which bitcoin and other crypto related matter is been discussed, but we should know that, bitcointalk forum has helped many of it's members in different ways both by educating them and also giving them much option to decide wether to invest in crypto or not.
Mate i intend to be a bitcoin maxi and i see that the questions and replies i get from this forum has helped me through this journey. The forum is meant for creating meaningful dialogue that enhance quality conversation that improves our understanding of Bitcoin, not for seeking job opportunities. Although you didn't say it this way to our understanding

Bitcointalk is a simple discussion forum but most of the members find it very hard because there is a merit system and they don't know how to earn merit because they always post shit. But it is true that to top anywhere one must work hard and be an expert on that subject.  As there are few members in this forum who are very famous and have a lot of reputation in this forum so merit earning is not a thing for them.  But for new members or those who don't have good knowledge about bitcoin or other crypto or this forum this forum seems like a vast ocean and they think that it is impossible to cross this ocean.

All of those things is important factor for you to grow here but do we really need to stress out ourself by following those things? We don't need to stress out ourselves to learn here and just enjoy having discussion about what you learn or what you can help to others since everything will be fine.
Anyone don't need to spend a lot of time here since the once you learn a lot of things about crypto for sure you might want to spend a lot of time on investments and trading.

You can last for long years here if you don't scam or do illegal activities.

All this new comers need to realize that this forum is not their career or strict education institution it's just an online forum. Sure there are some rules, there are rank and merit, but this forum won't change their life if they do nothing in their real life.

The Alliance Of Bitcointalk Translators - ENG>SPA
I know right, and OP is not the only one, some new account are putting all their effort to look good and wise in this forum, like their live is depend on how their bitcointalk account grow in this forum.

All this new comers need to realize that this forum is not their career or strict education institution it's just an online forum. Sure there are some rules, there are rank and merit, but this forum won't change their life if they do nothing in their real life.

If we take into consideration that, in many developing countries, the chances to earn a living are higher here than in their "real life", it is not so surprising that some members are devoted to this forum.

I know a few cases (old members) who told me that they were asked by their surprised relatives and friends how they managed to make so much money (for then) out of crypto in general and this forum in particular, earning way more than the average whole day dedication salary in their country just for a couple of hours a day here, when not less.

So, if I were in that situation, I would also consider making "a career" here. Circumstances are not the same for everybody everywhere, although we tend to think they are.

reading everything looks very tiring. don't be discouraged, but the purpose of people coming to this forum is generally to discuss Bitcoin and crypto. although not everyone on the forum has a purpose to discuss, as do those seeking to make a fortune from bounty campaigns. even more of them don't care about forum discussions.
simple thought, this forum is a discussion forum. those who are knowledgeable can share information. those who seek knowledge can ask.

Firstly of all I get all points, yes this is an educative forum where you learn virtually everything about bitcoin and also cryptocurrency. And yes you need to put in your own dedication to get your knowledge here. But sorry mate don’t treat the forum as a place that you must succeed or adapt to. Don’t treat it like a degree getting environment where you need to work out your self like your life depends on it.

Rather treat it like a discussion forum where you just engage without different people and gain knowledge. Keeping it this simple will definitely help you rather than been up so stiff. And on criticism, yeah it is everywhere and just like Sceptical Chymist once said You need to have a thick skin to survive here, but if it is getting into you then I would say take a break from it and maybe later come back
You are right about your opinion on the topic and the forum, Bitcointalk forum is very educative and it's where most persons come to get ideas and discuss it as well.It is true about what the OP said that in order to progress or grow in this forum, one must be consistent and must be able to Exercise patience. This particular point that he made is very important because without patience, you cannot stay in the forum, there are some persons who out of haste, they don't bother reading what other people have to say about a particular topic, the moment they don't find what they were looking for in the forum, they just quickly move on without carefully checking through write-ups and posts that people make here, thereby making them make some silly mistakes in somethings they do,like trading. It is through this forum I knew how to trade, and it is also through this forum I knew that in order to be a successful trader, you must have different strategies to use in order to be on the winning side. The forum gives us the information we are in need of because it comprises of different person's ideas and opinion about a topic sentence or a given topic.

determined to make all these things written below to be part of you and your daily activity.

1.SACRIFICE
2.CONSISTENCY
3.SELF-CONFIDENCE
4.HARD-WORK
5.PATIENCE

So your daily activity is to submit yourself to the forum completely?

I don't think it has to be that way unless you don't have any life beyond the bitcointalk forum. I get this whole post is from a newbie trying to teach how other newbies should be here but you are doing it.

You can contribute to the forum in a way that can because participating in forums offers an opportunity to learn and grow, but it's not the only way it can be diverse like offering insights on topics you're knowledgeable about, sharing experiences, asking questions, and engage in meaningful discussions that align with your interests and expertise.

But You are not going to hear it anyway since your ultimate aim is to get merits, rank up, and make money.

I never said we should submit ourselves to the forum, I think am being misquoted and misunderstood here, it is important for me to make clarity to this, I am here for knowledge and I think I should express myself and what I have learnt through my post,  ranking up is a natural thing and I think everyone here have a purpose of being here, which is personal to them, you saying that am here for merits, rank up and making money is misquote to me.

I appreciate the effort of making this post "for the newbies", but you are overthinking OP.

The forum is just a forum where everybody shares their own opinions. What you shared is just like "What do you need in order for you to be successful in something". I mean I know, I know that most of us here might some goals here. Maybe for some, their goal is to reach the highest rank. Maybe some want to learn the technical side of Bitcoin. Some wants to just learn the basics of it. I mean we have different goals here, but don't act like you need to follow these 5 things in order for you to be successful in reaching that goal.

I don't have a goal (aside from being a Legendary of course), but I'm not following those 5 things that you shared. Not even once is what I'm applying. I'm just simply sharing what I know because that's what forum is. Forum is a place where anybody shares their opinion, and not kind of a working place where you need to have those 5 things. Ok I will just think that this post from yours OP isn't a merit-begging thread.

Let us not take this this forum to another height as occupational field or a field work, I sighted that the reason this forum is created is because of bitcoin, and it's meant for bitcoin discussion but they way we are seeing forum the seriousness of people shows that they are taking forum as a ministerial work, I can adhere your advice because I'm newbie but what you put in place is showing as if you are lecturing your Sr colleague's the method of following forum why they are before you
