If you want your request to be followed up here by a Vave representative or forum members' suggestions, I think you should detail your claims by providing more proof.
Have you also tried contacting the support via their live chat support or via email?

I believe they will give you reasons for the delay of your withdrawal or why it's pending. Every responsible casino cares about their customers and their feedback, and they wouldn't like to spoil their reputation by not responding to customer service.

Their representative was last active a few hours ago on this forum, and I believe your complaints will be seen.

The x40 requirement is indeed very heavy for some gamblers to be able to take this bonus.
But for gamblers who have a strategy to bet to reach the specified conditions, they still reach these limits.
I think when you ask about not taking the bonus getting some winnings, it is very difficult and there is nothing a casino would want to lose by not taking the bonus but being given a few dollars in exchange for the bonus.
It's also possible that if the casino gave out a few dollars in exchange for not taking the bonus there would certainly be a lot of abuse of such a promotion which is very easy to achieve.
