I registered on August 1st and there was no clause in their terms-and-conditions that players from Russia cannot bet on sports, I am more than sure of this.
And the funny thing is that the site supports 19 different languages, respectively, the section "Terms and Conditions" is translated into all available 19 languages. And Clause 2.1. in "Terms and Conditions", where it says about the ban on players from Russia is only on the English version of the site. No other language has this item.
I sent photos within 40 minutes of the verification request and received a response after 80 minutes. That is, verification was fast. First and foremost, we would like to point out to everyone that in NO way we are being racist or discriminating anyone based on their ethnicity/race/religion/sex/geolocation. However, we do follow regulations, license terms and obligations which may seem unfair to some users, yet we are unable to affect those things at all.
Regarding your case, as we can see there were no deductions in your account from our side at all. No one from our team nor affiliated with VAVE management has deducted/confiscated your balance. Additionally, we can see that NO verification request(s) was sent to you at all. That means no verification from our side was requested.
About lack of that information in Russian version of the T&C, we kindly ask you to refer to this page - https://vave.com/ru/help/sportsbook-rules 2.18: “B cлyчae pacxoждeния мeждy вepcиeй нacтoящиx пpaвил нa aнглийcкoм языкe и любoй дpyгoй языкoвoй вepcиeй, пpeимyщecтвeннyю cилy бyдeт имeть вepcия нa aнглийcкoм языкe.”
English: “In the event of there being a discrepancy between the English language version of these rules and any other language version, the English language version will prevail.”
Thereby we highly advise to check all the rules in English version instead, as it always gets to be updated first.
