My internet cost is $16 monthly its very cheap compared to others. Because I have other income aside from my earnings online I dont notice the expenses allocated for our internet connection.

in my region though the internet is not fast as other Big counties yet we have so very cheap internet service and fixed monthly so the reality is Internet here is not that problem because only 3% of my monthly wages needs to pay my Internet and i can use it the entire time from 24/7 a day and 7 days a week.
Not very expensive ISP`s in Finland and can use 24/7

I think my internet cost about 0.3 eth each month where have enough speed for trading and make posting with bounty campaig, I think is not really expensive with my income from bounty campaign and trading project, right now have pass two year I use my internet and paid about 0,3 eth each month, keep continue bounty campaign worth and trading profitable I think will continue for paying my internet costs. 
I allocate a budget for internet needs using unlimited packages on a monthly basis, just like other important needs that should be a priority. What I interpret from your message is that you aren't talking about internet costs but the time we spend on internet which we could have used to generate income elsewhere. Well we call it the opportunity cost of our time. But this concept is pretty subjective. Your income is based absolutely on your skills and expertise. While everyone has a separate skill set each skill set is valued in market with a different income. Now for this calculation purpose I would divide people into two classes: 1.One are those who don't have any other source of income basically they rely wholly on Internet as their source of income and don't possess any other skill.
2.While second are those who have a full time job but along with that like to earn income from internet.
1. People who don't rely wholly on internet Income: These people have no opportunity cost without internet so obviously these people have no opportunity cost therefore have no "Internet Cost" in your language.
2. People who have other source of Income: This set of people have internet costs as you say but it's not necessary. for example if a person has only 8 hours of job and uses internet in free time then obviously he doesn't has any internet costs while other may have internet costs but the beauty about opportunity cost is that it can't be avoided because you always choose the more beneficial option. So basically everyone can calculate this using their hourly rate multiplied by how many hours they spend. Compare this to what you earn on internet using buying and selling and you could practically see if this is profitable or not.
