my opinion is not selecting from the list there. whom and how do we classify someone as a professional. Professionalism goes with expect in whatever that you do. A bounty manager is considered professional when he or she does his work perfectly well adhering to bounty rules, looking deep into hunters complains and rectifying them where necessary and avoidance of cheating by all means. A manager with such qualities is what hunters consider professional who knows what he or she is doing.
Arteezy.rtx has been in the business for quite some time now. He is one of the oldest as far as I know. He has also been able to manage lots of successful bounties. Another thing I know about him again is that, he is very discreet and strict when accessing content creation bounty. As for Bubbalex, despite being new, he gas shown to be capable of being a good manager.
To be honest, i was / i'm currently only in one bounty campaign which is managed by Hhampuz and i can only report you good things about him. He always response fast to direct messages and manage the campaign in a professional way. evaluation and payment is done really fast every week on the same time 
I want to know who your Bounty Manager is who you think is professional and always responds quickly to bounty problems.

I like the Manager btcltigigger, with the other, I almost don't work. I also liked the Amazix team, but they stopped working. btcltigigger

btcltcdigger is the correct nick of this bounty manager and he does not belong to the best bounty managers because he promoted many scams in the history.. He totally failed Orbis bounty campaign and that was my last experience.
I also participated in a fairly long time in this bounty company and today there are no chances to achieve remuneration for my work. This is not for you fogs and mean act by the Bounty manager. It seems to me that he should at least explain the reasons for such behavior.

If we look at all the names you mentioned, each of them has positive and negative feedback. This means that every manager has a problem with the project they manage. Or an error caused by the project team that has an effect on the bounty manager. In essence, all managers want to be the best for us and for the forum.

Hhampuz is the best always. I have found him as the most trustful manager here. You must have known about the punctuality of him, he is never late in the payment of his current campaign.

Probably because your bounty managers are not professional, I still see a lot of bounty hunter friendly managers.
I think most of these bounty managers are well organized and very approachable in telegram. But there are also bounty programs where they ended up failing like not being able to pay but we can't blame the managers for that. I would definitely rate most of the managers 9-10/10. Your profit will still depend on the performance of the project of course.
many moments are simply not under the control of the bounty manager. very often it is the project team that deceives bounty hunters.

I often participate in the btcltigigger project but that doesn't mean that other bounty managers work poorly. all the success of the project depends on the performance of the team not on the bounty manager so I think if the bounty manager is only working on the team and is entirely the responsibility of the project team.btcltigigger

That I agree the bounty manager can do so much after they check the spreadsheet it's up to the team to distribute it, all bounty manager wants to manage a successful campaign and they want to address all bounty hunters concern and caught people who are cheating the system, but still goes up to the project and the team.

Im just always participate some bounties of sinatrr12a because its have some huge bounty rewards we receive sometimes. Actually almost three of them are the bounty manager that always have many bounties open, And those some manager that im not mention are professional also it comes manage a bounty. btcltigigger

I have never had the opportunity to join work in bounty manager of these famous people at your list, but I know that all of those who work are very great and professional especially Hhampuz he is always careful in choose company and participants well I think he is a great manager.
Arteezy.rtx - I think it is one of the best, always trying to find a way out from problem situations, and help to bounty hunter, very sociable, positive person.

in my opinion the best bounty manager is Sapta ... because Sapta always manages the best projects that are on the BitCointalk forum ... and I have taken part in projects that he managed several times and everything went well and he is very professional in responding to and managing each project and Sapta also has a good and professional work team ...

Many of bounty project I participate is btcltigigger Arteezy.rtx, sinatrra12. They are try to hard for success any project. Another bounty manager is also good. NashAmajh have some problems give stake. He give stake some people without any work.

I crossed out those I do not know yet.
Many of btcltigigger's campaigns did not really turn up well for the bounty hunters. I think Vanta and Orbis was the last blow which led to many leaving his/her group. With regards to his/her professionalism and addressing bounty issues, I think s/he's quite alright. Maybe 4/5 rating
Arteezy for me is quite average when dealing with bounty issues.
I only know of Bubbalex from other forums I'm also in. From what I observe, he's strict which is good for me.
There's not much to tell about Hhampuz. Almost everyone knows he's really good.
