My worst experience with bitcoin was when i had a deal in hurry and when the buyer sent the coins to my address the fees very low and i didnt noticed it, so i delivered the product but didnt got the money because it was stucked on the network and the were sent to the buyer.

this is what I call a smart way of scam people.. but smarter peoples won't get scammed with this trick. they will see and confirm everything before completing the deal.
sorry for you lose mate.

My worst experience with bitcoin is when I was using faucets to earn bitcoin. I claim every faucet in landofbitcoin list and do this almost for 1 month constantly for 5 hours a day(in 2014) and I didn't even make 1 dollar after the end of the month. I was almost decide to leave bitcoin forever. but then I decide to try trading. and now I am here.
I won't forget that period of my bitcoin life.

I was going to leave bitcoin too when i saw that you cant so anything with the money earned from the faucets, but at the beginning the reward pretty much higher comparing with todays awards. Best practice is waiting for at least one confirmation then delivering the item.

My worst experience was getting scammed on this forum.  I was giving out a loan, and they ran off with my money.  It was only like $12 worth of bitcoin, but it was still a bummer.  In a situation like that there is no centralized company to contact to have them reverse the payment.  (I'm not saying I wish there was, but it still sucked.)
You have a bought account btw.The previous owner ran a fake Jewelry shop and scammed people with their money as investments. He had purchased 10 other accounts, out of which 1 was Russian Rainbow. Its ironic you're saying you have been scammed.

The BITCOIN SAGA
The effect of bitcoin on global market can't be overemphasized,  ranging from it daily use in numerous transactions. With all the good intentions. What adverse effects do you think can erupt from this cryptocurrency and also share you worst experience with bitcoin. BTC
I've had many bad experiences with cryptocurrencies, the worst being getting caught up in legal actions.
Not only did i lose money from my pocket, landed in deep legal trouble because of lack of knowledge of bitcoins among the authorities.
It was a nightmare but fortunately it's behind me, although still there are aspects that trouble me still from that dreadful experience.

My worst experience with bitcoin is not caused by bitcoins but caused by scammers. We thought it was legit cloud mining but it was a ponzi scheme. But so far my overall evaluation with bitcoin is positive and I can't say any negative things about bitcoin as cryptocurrency.

My worst experience was... Nothing. I haven't had any tragedy with BTC.
I keep an encrypted copy of my private keys. When Blockchain.info f**ked up (incorrect password glitch, even if correct) due to a possibly corrupt wallet, I simply made a new one.

I have common sense, believe it or not. So far, I haven't had any bitcoins stolen because of viruses (I uncheck toolbar downloads and VM suspicious executables) and I haven't fallen for any ponzi schemes (I pulled out of Hashocean a few hours after depositing because something fishy was going on).

Only thing that could kill Bitocin is probably the miners , If they stop mining since It's not profitable for them anymore hopefully that doesn't happen.
As for my worst experience , I'm not sure I have any... I never got scammed or lost my coins .
yes as the cost of mining increase, there will be less miners which could lead to delayed transaction.Bitcoin may become obsolete if that happens

and then that would be the worst experience for me about bitcoin. personally I didn't faced any big and bad experience with bitcoin. only some few times I lost few bucks in gambling and in other services. but the good experiences are too many so I don't consider these lose as worst.

My worst experience when i invested 0.1BTC at ponzi investment and at that time i didn't know anything about ponzi Sad
Also, wait for confirmation if the merchants only accept 6 confirmation is bad experience.
But when you look at the bright side of that event, which is a valuable lesson
for you, than it isn't that bad. All in all your losses could be a lot bigger, that nasty ponzi
saved your coins in the future.
My bad experience with crypto is much safer, less wallet damaging.
Have had some misfortune with scammy faucets Sad time wasted and small investments in to advertising. It still happens from time to time. Its hard to predict witch faucet will stay with us for awhile. Nevertheless, mostly good stuff from those funny net money Wink

My worst experience has been Hashocean, I've lost $31 worth of Bitcoin there. It was my first, and as I am quite new to BTC, it was quite saddening and frustrating. But lesson learned... hope I will have better experience with BTC from now on.

I personally haven't experienced any of such events yet but surely share my opinions on the adverse affects that I think may have a greater impact on the trading system.
>Bitcoin is adapted by most of the people as a means of getting rich and investments, very few know the real intentions behind the revolution.I'm scared the share market may not be the stable economical factor.

>Buying Child Porn/Drugs is the way out with Cryptos.Bitcoins mostly, you know know if a 12 year old is behind them. Its subjective but bitcoin made it possible.

>The last and the most important,we're losing on intelligence, people are taking bitcoins as a way to finance to survival. They risk all they have with an experimental currency.I doubt that is leading them anywhere.
