a subsidiary of google.com. namely youtube.com and blogger.com have started blocking videos and articles that contain elements of ICO, tokensale, and Altcoin. then how is your prediction for the future of altcoin?
hahaha they cannot stop evolution. really good teams will find a solution how to get money for their projects. Maybe ICO will change their mechanism or such dinosaurus as google, twitter etc. will lose their positions. we will see.

The future of crypto is bright. But for scammers and shady ICO trying to steal honest peoples money hopefully their future is counted. Google and Facebook are just trying to protect their users from obvious scams and money grabs.
it may be true what you say I'm sure google does not want to intimidate its users if there is no good reason. they just want to protect their flatform users from money loss

I think google prohibits ICO because currently google can't filter of ICO. Google doesn't want to blame later on because they let ICO, tokensale, and Altcoin that lead to fraud (scam project), because more scam project popping cause the level of trust in google will decrease if they keep it
for future of altcoin is very difficult to predict now, we can only hope the crypto developers can find a solution and situation will return to normal

dont be greedy
this is the result of the SCAMMER join the cryptocurrency
there should be an institution that regulates the certification of an ICO like the SEC that seeks to protect US citizens
google policy will certainly affect my personal blog

if that's true then it's a bad sign for ico,I think personally social media block ico it is because of the consequences of the many ico frauds so they do not want social media so bridge or engage ico fraud we all know too much ico scam it is very pity for ico future.

I do not understand such a sharp rejection of ICO advertising.  I would like to gather all investors, bounties, traders and stop using these channels, like facebook, Youtube and others. For a long time already there are analogues on the blockchain

a subsidiary of google.com. namely youtube.com and blogger.com have started blocking videos and articles that contain elements of ICO, tokensale, and Altcoin. then how is your prediction for the future of altcoin?

The major social medium including facebook, twitter and YouTube are blocking the videos and articles that cotain elements of ICO, I think that will not affect much on the growing of crypto, and that will force the improvement of crypto technology.

Just let that sink, there's plenty of already funded ICO that trying to compete against google and it's such a good thing. I don't know why it seems that people are relying too much on Youtube and other google companies aswell but let me make it clear.
There's so many video sharing site, and also another advertising platform. We can just all those services that come from our comunity and everything will be fine. Also it seems that by the blocking which done by youtube, marketing promotion through this forum is the most effective way.

You are all talking about Facebook, Twitter and Google (YouTube) blocking any channels and/or profiles "promoting" ICOs and anything crypto related. As far as I'm informed, they will only block paid ads, not posts/tweets/videos from users which are not paid. Where did you hear they are blocking that too? They can't block that, we can tweet and post whatever we want, otherwise it is a discrimination and it should be investigated and taken to courts through legal paths.
I'm not talking about facebook and twitter. I'm just talking about youtube and blogger
not just listening, my colleague followed the bounty with the video and he added the ICO tags, and today his youtube channel is on the block.

thank you for the information, I just explained what happened to my colleague

I'm sorry, I meant in general for all social media. And maybe I exaggerated with taking this to the court and all, haha. Well, maybe some ICO companies probably will, who knows. Hm, yes I don't know, maybe there were some paid ads rolling out during his video and they blocked his account based on that. Not sure if they can do that, but you never know. There was nothing said officially that they would be blocking accounts based on sharing crypto related tags. For example, if I tweet about ICO project with #ICO hashtag, twitter will disable my account. Could be possible, but highly unlikely in my opinion. At least at the moment. It is however possible that they are doing it to some users unofficially and that users didn't come out yet. Maybe they will soon and we will know more about this matter for sure.

Worrying imo if they are really blocking content about altcoins, why would you even want that? And why would you block alts and not btc?
It's on a totally different level than blocking ico or ponzi scam ads.

It is sad that the whole world is turning its back on Crypto. Probably during this time Altcoin prices continue to fall sharply. I think the whole of the Crypto market will be in a red color. Is this a sign that the market crash Crypto. They can not accept society. They will not be accepted by governments. At the moment we can not say anything about the Crypto market.

Google has bought youtube, and owner blogger at the same time google is also having some shares in the twitter company. I remember google company have bought some shares from the twitter but google inc was not interested in buying all of the shares from the twitter company. Considering the fact and that'd not be surprised if all of the things that owned by google are starting to ban the crypto advertisement.
But we will stand with our foot soon.

slowly slowly we are coming to know that all these so called big companies are in hands of powerful people ..
those people who want to kill cryptocurrency are doing it via proxy .
thats why decentralization is must ,
how you can ban anything which is not harming anyone or not breaking any ethics .
all of these people just want us to see what they want , want us to invest in what they want ..
for them dollar is more valuable than a fixed supply asset .

this is clearly a very bad situation. altcoin continues to fall, and media coverage is also getting worse. I'm afraid this will have a bad impact on boutny campaign. when fecbook, twitter, blog, and google start blocking ico ads, it is not impossible bounty campaign will also stop.

I think their popularization will diminish and price too. ICO's which haven't big community must die without internet promotion.

I think if the popular internet resources begin to actively ban users advertising cryptocurrency, crypto community will have to find other, more loyal resources to promotion. The Crypto currency will not disappear anywhere. However, for some time it will be remote from people outside the market. It seems now to be the goal, to limit the involvement of new people in the cryptoworld
