I pity people who take these YouTube influencers very seriously. They are always out for any opportunity that would benefit them and don't care about their subscribers and fans. They can just buy altcoins and then shill it as the top altcoins for their fans to buy hence pumping their bags. Most of them don't even know what they're doing most of the time and just keep reading the website content of projects they review and serve that as a review. It's not 2017 and the ico era. anyone who takes them seriously shouldn't do so again.

The coins remind me the Mexican cartels and the influencers remind me the police who get cash flow.
They don't care about the people they care about their money and they will supress the law for it.
Everyone is shill everyone promotes other coin for money even the people who seem legit and naive are shills. nobody is trusty.
I lost my money because their advices.

This is an important lesson for me not to be fooled by advertising offers including youtube, always looking for a lot of information is something that investors must do, youtube video ads are too easy to make, as long as they have the money to advertise then they can pay anyone, of course their target is to get big profit.

There's corruption everywhere especially in Cryptocurrency where there is a lot of manipulation, FUD, and shills going on, not only on Youtube there are a lot of this, just check the telegrams and the scam section of this forum and you will see that it's everywhere, your responsibility to yourself and your money is to always do diligent research and don't just rely on reviews.

Of course, this has always been the case, people who advertise cryptocurrencies on youtube or in other places always get money for it, and the most important thing is that these people advertise a lot of scam projects in which people then invest a lot of money and lose this money, so you should never invest in those projects that are advertised on youtube or somewhere else, since you need to study each project in which you want to invest and always be careful when you investing in any project.
I have seen in telegram groups a lot of YouTubers come and say that they will promote the project in their channel for coins and when such promoters are paid in altcoins than in BTC, they have an even bigger motive to shill for these altcoins. I mean imagine if you get a million tokens and all you need to do is to shill for the token, which benefits you directly since the higher the value more is the profit for you.

All the FUD and FOMO created in the market for any token is for their own benefit and small traders have no knowledge and will just go on with what they feel others are doing. Recently there was so much FOMO spread about SHIB token and almost everyone was paid to do that.

Look guys everyone who is online is here to make money and all these youtube influencers and twitter personalities can easily be paid to shill for some coins so don't trust any channel or any person when you are looking to invest in any coin. You should do the fundamental and technical analysis of the project and if you feel like it brings any value at all then you shall invest. Don't expect others to serve you money on the table.

I never trust any Youtube influencer or a person on another platform about cryptocurrencies. Because why would some prominent person want to make you rich? They just want to manipulate the market according to their needs. Elon Musk is not an influencer but he is a really good example.
He manipulates the market for sure but the strange thing about his manipulation is that he is the richest guy and why would he ever need to manipulate a market like crypto? I think he just makes hilarious comments and what he feels, he tweets, without actually caring too much about finances.

Oh speaking of paid advertisements, you can see one of those videos also being monetized as well.
Some have sponsorships that you can hear in the middle of their video, so it is not that surprising that one of these videos are purely scammed or just paid ones. Smiley
Just report the entire channel and get it nuked by Youtube. It is not like that there are patrols there when there is no one reporting the vid except for copyright purposes.

Sorry for your losses. Instead of spending your valuable time on watching investment related videos, you might have chosen this forum for getting right things for your money. For all crypto related things, this community must need to be considered as the primary references for right decision making. If you really care about your hard earned money then you will never listen to random people on internet.

These Youtubers are being paid to shill projects, and a majority of them are involve in bounty campaigns so they are good at shilling in exchange for the tokens they are shilling, I never trust their videos
Yeah, I am continuously seeing that these days youtube as well as part of most of the bounty programs (even gambling houses also started campaigns for youtubers) and these people will definitely shill for their payments rater than bring out what is actual.

The reason you lose money is not youtube channels, it's because you invest without research. Youtubers get paid for advertising and promote that token or coin. Worst case, he buys a certain amount of crypto and encourages you to buy it, causing the price to rise. Then, it causes you to incur losses by selling this crypto money to you at a high price. If you are going to invest in crypto money first, you need to do your own research. In this, it is important to take a look at both the team structure and the technologies they launch. You should also look at the support points, the maximum price it rises, and the exit points at this price by examining the charts. After investing, anyone can blame someone, but the real culprit is people who trade with the ideas of others.

Most of people who listens to influencer always forget that these influencer usually gives warning like "NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE"
for a reason, just see CZ, etc that are really deep in crypto investing, those people always gives warning that their tweet aren't financial advice.
same with these so called influencer, maybe they don't give warning like that but by logic, we must know that these so called influencers always
have ulterior motive, that is to accumulate wealth for themselves.

I joined using crypto in mid-2017. Then I saw excellent opportunities for earning money and was pleasantly surprised that the creators of crypto and crypto projects were loyal to the community that would support them and invest in their cryptocurrencies. But after that, everything changed and began to deteriorate. Many processes related to crypto have become common manipulation, which has allowed a large number of people to lose their funds. Indeed, now the situation in the crypto market has changed and all this is associated with frequent deception and manipulation. This has a bad effect on the development of the crypto industry and something needs to be done about it.

There are social media campaigns that asks you to promote their project through video. Every single one of them. that is just how promotional campaign works and most of the time people will promote the coins they are invested in. Some of them provide good analysis based on their knowledge. Always research the coin that you see in advertisement, media, youtube etc before making any investment decision.

I hope whatever coin you invested in gains back and you get back whatever you lost.

If you blindly follow some influencer without doing your own research then you are likely to lose your money.
I have seen many Youtubers shilling about coins which don't have any potential at all which shows that they are just doing it for their own benefits.
Most probably, they are getting paid to shill about those coins. At the same time there are also other Youtubers who do provide good knowledge about crypto and trading.
If you are investing your money in a coin then you should definitely put in the time and efforts to do a research about that coin and only then invest in it.

Media backed by anyone is just media, that is how media works. I have been in media work for a while now and I can tell you that the tv channel you think that's fair.. isn't, they are paid by people who think like you and that's it.
If you want to make money, try to do your learning and searching. People accuse influencers on social media for their investment decisions, losses but they are lazy, and stupid. Influencers work with their videos and people can not accuse them because of sponsored videos. At least influencers work. It is not easy and takes time to make a good video.

Quote
All the youtubers, all the twitter influencers, all the tv channels, all the newspapers basically anything that is under the roof of "telling the world something" basically, even including movies and tv shows and books etc etc is paid by people, even if the writer is not, the owner of the company is and they pick you accordingly, you think you are doing a fair job but your "fair" is skewed thinking how you think and someone who is paid to own a media company by some Soros like person hires you for thinking like that, the other company wouldn't because they are opponents.

Long story short media is bought, and it has ALWAYS been like that, since beginning of time, just lose all hopes about reading from people and CHAT with people, that is where you will see the reality if you want to learn more about something from someone.
Filter information, and choose good one to use. Influencers can give you informative links and resources. The way you use it, the way you choose what you get from them, depends on yourself.

Newbies don't care and only want quick advice to help them to become millionaires.

I know you're frustrated but the real reason you lost money is because you were gullible, greedy, and lazy to read. I may not agree on what these influencers shill but I still appreciate the fact that they usually put disclaimers on their videos like "DYOR" or "NFA". You should have followed that too instead of buying blindly.

I was once a victim of following someone's advice and ended up nothing but holding air...and I learned from my mistakes already. When we just listen to someone and follow the lead he/she is presenting without really doing the search and analysis on our own, we can be set for some big disappointments. Heck, these people are just like us, they are just predicting based on what they know and what they also get from other people. They have no obligation to be right, and they certainly don't care because that is not their business. Their business is to get as many eyeballs and attention, so they can make money using the traffic they can get and sometimes affiliate money.

All these youtubers are shilling a project for their own benefits, they are paid hundreds or even thousands of dollars for a simple mention and it cause an imbalance for those legit projects that cannot afford that kind of marketing.

We have different kinds of Influencers around YouTube, others produce content based on their own research,  others produce content when paid to do something for the project which leaves the viewers with the responsibility to do their own research because you can't believe everything you watch and hear,, some stuff is pure click bait which is meant to get views and nothing else..
