First, you need to have your niche. You need to establish what kind of channel do you want to make. Is it a cooking channel? a channel for home decoration? a gaming channel? or an academic one? By choosing the right niche for (usually what you are passionate about and familiar with), then you can do research on that area and make preparations. What is the currently in demand topic related to that niche? Are your knowledge enough to do video related to it or you need to further research? Hence, establish a niche first.
Come of with a unique content that people will love that way you will quickly get a lot of subscribers and views on your channel.

This the area I have less knowledge on though most time do follow and post on YouTube but have created channel I think you need do good content video and keep posting or uploading at the end you may succeed.

but if you wanted a long running channel then you must be truth and posting worth a watch videos, and also must have a better editing .

Ensure you put the correct keywords in the description of each videos. Later on start promoting on all social media, your friends group and if people like the content it will start floating quickly with other groups.
The last part is tricky and only way I think to start getting views.titles or even those front views in which sometimes misleading. and many of them are just wanted us

seriously 400k in 14 months? that should be quick lol. 
If it’ organic you want… there’s no way around it but producing high-quality highly interesting and relevant topics to your viewers. First decide what kind of content you will make and plan how you will shoot it, edit it and release it. Just remember that it takes a lot of time to get loyal subscribers so don’t give up!

I don't think if I have much knowledge about it. I guess some members here will show you how do do it. And I will also be happy to learn too. 
Mate at first you need to decide about the video catageoy or topic that you would like to work with and then select a relevant name for your YouTube channel so that people can understand and will find your channel when they search about such catageoy. Relevant names will help you to increase your followers. Besides video content do matter in most of the cases. If you can create good videos then people will automatically find you even YouTube will recommend your video to other people. Of course description and a title do matter most and Thus you'll get many organic follower. Besides you can link building or do SEO for your channel. Where you should share your videos links on social media to attract more people. This is how you can increase your views.
How many people here answering actually do have YouTube channels that they are actually able to make money from? I mean, I have a channel that I am trying to grow, but I have not made money from it. Oh. And it sounds like people here want to cheat others by artificially inflating their view count rather than making high quality content. That is very bad.

The title, thumbnail and the country you live in makes the biggest impact, if it looks attractive to watch and sounds attractive people are going to click on it. from there you need to make good content so people dont click off and stay on the video , if they like you they will subscribe. Try to make original videos and dont copy someones idea , this is high risk but high reward , if you get viral you win big. Dont give up and if one formula doesnt work try adapting and changing thing up , im sure if you want it much you will do it. Wish you good luck and send me one of your vids

You can get low-profile channels to partner with. Or, you can find influencers who are willing to work with you.
