Submit your videos to relevant subreddits (or generic subreddits) on reddit for additional views + search engine optimization. You can also create your own subreddit if you prefer dedicated to your videos and your niche in general. Always keep uploading, if you can. If it is taking too much time and energy, walk away for a bit and check back in a month.

I'm looking to build a youtube channel but I do not know where to start. Does anyone here has an idea on how to have organic views and subscribers?

Create content that the viewers want/crave, Google analytics and trends can help you with that before you create content.

I am far from a youtube star so take my advice with a grain of salt.

A) just do it (tm nike) - dont focus on. views just make stuff you like. If you want a channel . Make a channel

B) ask your family, friends, and work mates to subscribe. I have very few subscribers..and those i do have are mostly people i know in real life.

Good luck 👍

Maybe you can focus on the video or the materials before you promote or search for more subscribers. If you can have many trending and hot videos in your place, I think people will come by themselves. You can try to make a video about something that looks creative, such as making a pie from ..., etc. With placing the right keyword in the description, I think that will be enough as a start. You can search for more tutorials about how to make a good video on Youtube.

By creating content
that is currently popular, and consistently uploading videos every week.
I agree about being consistent of uploading weekly or daily. I'm watching some daily content vloggers and that makes them consistent and more enjoyable to watch.

Even if your content isn't popular but you're enjoying with the content that you do, I think that fits the better audience and will show the best of you as a content creator.

This is what I mean, we don't need to copy other people's content that is successful and popular to become a successful Youtuber.
The most important thing is just do the content that we really like and are good at. From there, we will slowly get loyal viewers who
like the content we create. Indeed, the results may be seen after a few years, that's why I always say to those around me,
that being a Youtuber is an investment.
I agree about the content that you really like. You don't have to force yourself too much just to get the audience's attention.

I don't suggest creating daily vlogs because its literally not possible to do in the long term, if you can't follow them in long term then all your reputation will be lost, and also even for a 10 min video it takes almost 5 hours of editing alone, then creating script for it and shooting the video makes impossible in real life to do everyday.
It is possible. I saw vloggers that did it and I'm only suggesting if he wants to be consistent. I don't think that your reputation will be lost if you cannot cope up with what you've used to do as long as you're going to improve the quality of your content.

the most important think to start with, is an unique theme. it dosnt matter what your starting with, because your chanel will develop and chance content with the time.  When you just want to do some videos for entertainment you should produce some kind of Satisfy videos. people love this. post your videos in facebbok groups. so you can grow viewership if they like your videos

In my opinion, if we want to be a successful Youtuber with a large number of subscribers, we must follow the market's wishes. By creating content
that is currently popular, and consistently uploading videos every week. But doing so will make us depressed, because we have to always put out
videos that many people like. I prefer to create content that I like, so I create content that is effortless and I believe there is always a market with
certain content. Most importantly, don't use clickbait titles, viewers hate that. Then make a video with good video quality, so it's comfortable to watch.
Do this consistently, without us knowing the subscribers will increase by itself.

Nope, Clickbait title will give you some views but people won't encourage such topics and they will not subscribe your channel so post content which is true even though it is crap because someday it will turn out to be a gold in the internet world.
I don't think so mate , i have been following someone sharing videos that sometimes differ from the title because i find them valuable or funny.

so depend on the quality of the video that we are talking here.

and also there are tons of video creator now that using the same method and now after some times they become popular.
As I said it may encourage people to see the video but once they find that they are using clickbait title their viewers will stop even though if they have huge subscriber account and also youtube algo will stop boosting such videos if people don't engage into the contents completely. Even google recommeneded guides mention about this, don't use clickbait titles and thumbnails.

Post good quality contents

Post the videos regularly, it may be one video every day or two videos per week but keep that as a constant posting schedule.

Find your niche then the audience will follow.

Remember that you are not going to get a million views in your first video itself unless you are a celebrity already in the cinema field.

And post also some interesting video even if this is a misleading lol.

there are many video creator now that has no real value but there are many subscribers and followers because of their topics.

I think the most important thing with YouTube videos is consistency. If people realise that you upload every week 1-2 videos then you will get regulars viewers much easier. There are two history channels I like to watch a lot, one of them uploads at least one video per week, the other one only one per month. With the weekly uploads I spent so much more time on his channel.

Frequency and always show what is real so that user can connect with you, like if it is a daily vlogging channel then show what is real rather than making up, because once you lose subscriber they might not come back again. But if subscriber started liking your content and honesty they will remain with you for lifetime irrespective even if you go through some downfall in future.
