So everything is in the title.
What can you do when you have been scammed ? what are your possibilities to recover your funds, I mean here in the community, excepting going and report to the police.

Some things to consider is if you know the person, the whereabouts and some other important information that you can trace him. Otherwise, it will be hard to recover the funds if its an unknown person that you sent your btc to. All i can say is, be careful who you transact to next time. Move on if you hold no important information with that scammer and try to recover your losses in some other ways, like trading, mining, and staking.

Being scammed is a difficult and a very big problem that needs a big and good solution.  Getting started is a little bit harder that will be needing more hardwork.  If i am being scammed i will be more careful with my actions and verify all the things that i need to do before making a decision.

Grin Common!  Did you say police?  Common!  How is that possible? Bitcoin or cryptocurrency business is decentralized and that means it is globally transacted. You can only have the wallet address of the coin you sent your fund to but you might not be able to trace or see the receiver physically. That means police is out of it for now that regulation has not come. Although,  someone can be lucky to get it sent back if it was sent in error to a nice person but if it is a hacker, you just move on because a hacker is on his business.

You have to accept that you will not get your money back.  Sure report it to the police/FBI.  But don't expect anything to come of it.  Before sending BTC or other, always check who you are buying from thoroughly.  Search intensively about the person or website on this forum.  Check the listed confirmed scams here;

Use escrow.
If your not sure about the deal then don't send the payment!

i think you create new account and make sure it would not hacked again make that you not tell anyone
Having a new account doesn't make things more secure. Getting hacked is different from scammed these two have the same objective but different in execution.

I was scammed before and it ruined my day because there's not much that I can do about it after he ran away with my money. What I did after getting scammed is spread awareness by sharing the incident that happened to me so there could be less victims and that served me a lesson when I transact with strangers online.

If the incident happened here in the forum make a thread on the scam accusation board so that he'll get negative feedback/reputation from dt members

If you are consumed by the seduction of a scam service then it is your own fault because you are not careful to invest your money in the form of digital assets. It is very difficult also we can get the loss because the authorities to crack down on the crime have difficulty to track the perpetrators if the service is anonymous status. So, we better be careful in making investments because the internet is very vulnerable to fraud.

Recovering the funds is definitely out of the questions but I have some spiritual avenues that will ensure that the scanner doesn’t easily take my money for granted and will suffer the consequences.

At the moment it's very hard to report scams, especially if you're sending crypto. that's why it's important to be extra careful when sending funds.

If I got scammed, all I need to do is to move on, because there is no way for me to get it back because greedy people will not allow that to happen. I believe in law of karma and that people will face it, always be careful on dealing with people because in this kind of market everyone is prone to get scammed.

It depends. The best course of action is prevention. Also, there is value in learning from past mistakes. When it comes to cryptocurrencies, security is paramount.

With Bitcoins, transactions cannot be reversed. So always use escrow, if you are dealing in large amounts.

Cryptocurrencies are based on decentralized blockchain technology. You can not do anything if a transaction is already completed and approved by miners. There is noone who can control the transactions. There is no possibility to take your funds back.
You cannot not be scammed in a way that no one can scam nay of the crypto currency and cannot access your wallet until and unless you yourself provides him with the private key. However, if there comes a situation when you feel like you are scammed, then you can do nothing else than hoping for the minimum possible loss to suffer. You need to make yourself a learned man to avoid such kind of mishaps.
I will continue. Thats life, accept the fact there is always a convenience.
