If you are talking about bounty tokens, I advice you not to join the campaigns which are not worth it. Try to find a good campaign with will bring you a good profit.
when you generate lots of tokens, it won't be useful when the token doesn't have a function. if Suato Tokens have functions that are needed by many people, it will certainly make the tokens valuable and can be sold. so, you have the choice, to use it, or to sell it. some people use trading for this. well, so having lots of tokens has many functions

What you do with the tokens you get from a bounty is up to you, you can decide to keep it and that’s if you believe that the coin will keep growing from there, but if you not sure about that, then what you’ve got to do is to exchange it for another coin you like. It is a pity that some tokens have not had time to sell on time because I think that they will never recover in price so in my portfolio silence until better times.

To avoid losses, it is advisabel to take profit as per your requirement. The price of tokens may rise or fall depending on the market conditions. If you are here for trading or investing purposes then you should convert your profits into fia, because, a coin in which you are in profit may lead you into huge losses in a bear market.
When I look at myetherwallets, I see a lot of useless token. Many projects have not entered any exchanges and none of them make money. I guess they won't do anything until they're in a big bull season 
When will this bull season end? I was really already very tired of seeing very strong falls every day, for this year I have already seen this so much and for a long time that I just don’t understand that the situation as a whole can change a lot. Therefore, I believe that the situation should ever stand on our side. Responsibilities should still be.
Yes, that is why many tokens will die before they start living. If the market provided more favorable conditions for some projects, their tokens could bring some profit. However, it is better for us to hold. The best assets can give so much that the loss of other assets will be brush-fire.

Everyone makes their own, some I sold, some kept, but it is the time I decide what to do next, but as a rule of the coin which I always keep consider promising, but time will tell what I did right. I prefer to sell these tokens / coins before they become trash. but if sold out. because it is not easy to sell newborn coins, especially those who have not entered Exchange. I usually keep it in my wallet for a while until can get profit.
If you participate in the bounty, then expect approximately that your tokens will begin to grow in price in 2 years. Usually the developers have such a road map. Therefore, many people sell their tokens immediately for bitcoin.
Some of them I will hold, still they can give me nice return if they become sucessful and other less active I am selling on EtherDelta before listing on centralized exchanges.
Tokens themselves are worthless, their value is absolutely conditional and determined by the market. Each of us seeks to earn money, so if the price of the tokens is right for me, then I sell them, because today only the dollar allows me to buy the necessary goods and services
when I have a lot of tokens maybe I will wait until the price returns to be expensive like in 2017 the price of all coins and all tokens is expensive, if selling it when the market conditions are like this it will only make me lose.
With such a market, you can sell all your tokens for a minimal reward. If it suits you, then sell. Or you can hold and wait for growth.
A wise bounty participant (if we are talking about him) is never in a hurry to sell his tokens because he is well aware that haste is never appropriate here. Anyone who is in a hurry is forced to be content with small amounts of income, but if you don’t do this and wait, then many months later you will have the opportunity to succeed significantly by selling your tokens many times more expensive.
At the moment, I'm holding all the coins I earned in the bounty, and that I had purchased in the mid - April 2018. I don't need a fiat right now, because all my savings in cryptocurrency I strongly keep in my wallet, waiting for a good time to sell. I think this is the right strategy to protect yourself from big losses.
The "right strategy"? I may have to disagree with you on that. You'll have better luck if you had converted your holdings to fiat during the March - April days. If you did, I'm sure you'll be with more dollars worth of your tokens because between then and now, most coins and tokens have deprecated by more than 50%. But overall its a good idea to be a hodler but you have left some money on the table by hodling through the bear market.
So many bounties has given the reward to their bounty hunters but the wallets are filling with coins but coins are not listing due to the down market. Every body is waiting for listing and condition of market is not offering to come in the market.
Now this is to hold the tokens we have. because the market conditions are not stable and many token prices are cheap. therefore I will continue to hold the token while waiting for prices to rise and market conditions to stabilize.
